Alien Draft tape so easy to install alone. I did install on both doors my apartment it was so fast I immediately did the back door of my apartment it took me less than 5 minutes to cut to needed sizes %26 align w frames!!! My only option before I found tape was I'd layered rows of packing tape to bridge gap. On the worse portions of my front door I had been using duct tape. Not any more! Previously I had actual portions on my front door the draft is so bad I could see sunlight from outdoor %26 feel wind, cold or heat thru gaps prior to Alien draft tape install. Not anymore (My apt complex has refused to install a new door)

My doors leaked air which was super frustrating in the winter. You could just stand next to them and feel the draft. These strips have stopped all that. Super easy to install, just peel and stick. You can cut to length with your everyday scissors They are clear so you don't even notice them when they are installed. I am guessing they have probably saved us money in energy savings to heat our home, but I have no proof. I do know it is more comfortable to it in the chair near our entry door now without the draft. I have had them on about a year and they haven't fallen off or lost their sticky.

Just installed, we'll see how it holds up during the year. So far, it's doing a great job in this wicked cold weather on an exit door, and a shower door, too. Easy to apply, haven't tried removing it yet. May leave up year-round to help ease the A/C load this summer.

Alien Seal was SUPER easy to install! I installed to an exterior door when it was -10 outside in the middle of winter. It stuck instantly and I could feel the difference right away! It has stayed in place through constant opening and closing, plus temperature swings. Have since added it to all of my exterior doors!

This is 100% worth every penny. I have used this on my front door, windows and the surrounding drafty areas around the house. It used to be so drafty in my living room and all the heat would just drift through the cracks, not to mention the cold air outside was coming inside. Now I can sit comfortably in there without being wrapped up in a blanket. I haven't had it long enough to see if there is a difference in my electricity bill, but I am sure it will. I haven't heard the heating unit kick on as much as it used to. I have already ordered a few more. I greatly recommend this.

we live in an old house with air gaps around the doors. we've tried other things, but nothing has worked very well without looking terrible or by blocking doors with blankets. This stuff is flexible and has stayed in place in several places where it's in constant motion. Definitely keeps drafts from coming inside. My only complaint is the paper backing doesnt come off the sticky easily, and the sticky strip has a tendency to come up with the paper. And once separated, it doesnt stick back too well and i have to trim off the messed up parts. otherwise, very pleased with the purchase and would buy again

I was actually shocked at how well it worked. I expected it to not have the great adhesion that it does. Instantly stopped the drafts on my front door (hinge side) and sliding glass door (center seam) and made both rooms remarkably more comfortable. Going to seal the attic trap door later today. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We returned this item because we didn't realize it was weatherstrip. We were looking for Alien double sided tape. The front photo on the box looks like it's the double sided tape. It was my fault for not reading closely, however Alien products never disappoint. Perhaps a more accurate photo would help. Still 5 stars!

I have a charming old drafty 1940's bungalow heavy on the drafty. We were looking for quick fix to help seal the space between the door frame and chose this Alien Tape. It was promptly delivered and took minutes to apply, it's made a noticeable difference here in NE Ohio I would recommend.

I bought this to seal the gaps where air was entering near my windows. The adhesive that would make this adhere to the glass or metal portions of the window is inadequate, so the ALIEN SEAL SEPARATED AND DID NOT WORK FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE!! It was a complete waste of money. It did not work. It does not stay where you put it.
