Crisp and perfect!
Other salsas (not this one) use chili powder, which is a low/flat flavor and overpowers the tomato. Plus they often use cilantro, which for many of us tastes like soap. This New Mexico salsa has neither (thank you!). And it's decently priced too. Excellent flavor !!

Having spent some time in New Mexico and eaten green chili in a variety of dishes and purchased other green chili products in comparison this one was ok.
