Best on the shelves, hands down
This enchilada sauce is not watery or a dull green like others on the shelves … Hatch enchilada sauce is thick and a vibrant green with chilis from New Mexico. Next to homemade, you cannot beat the overall taste or compare it to any other canned green enchilada sauce, period.

Disappointed
I tried this brand because walmart is always out of the stock of las palmas which I usually buy. It is way too sweet. Why do they put so much sugar in it? Won't buy again.

I love this brand and I actually haven't tried this. I just thought it was a large can enough to make enchiladas with for the price and it's a small can like 15 oz. I just assumed which was a mistake I need to look at sizes better when I buy stuff using my phone especially

Extremely Expensive !!
The sauce itself is good, but the price is RIDICULOUS. It is my error in that I looked incorrectly at the weight. I thought it was 22.5 ounce can for $3.38, which is PRICY itself ... It turns out that the can is only a 15 ounces !!! : 0 It's 22.5 cents per ounce !! (Don't let a single drop go to waste at THAT price !!)

Too sweet for me
I am highly adverse to sugar in my savory foods. This enchilada sauce contains enough sugar to render it, to my tastes, too sweet. I will not buy it again. Not very traditional at all.

Severely dented cans
We love Hatch products, however, these arrived right off a dented can shelf, just ridiculous to pay full price and have them arrive in this shape!

Meh, tasted very watered down
I was super disappointed how sweet the sauce is and it has very little flavor. The can was a bit weird, the sauce was congealed versus being more runny. I'll still with Wl Paso goin forward.
