I made pazole %26 its quite tasty. I'm going to saute some in butter %26 have me some hominy vegetable.

I always buy a more expensive brand, but decided to try this. The kernels seem a little bit smaller, but the taste and texture was very good. I will continue to buy the product.

Made posole with it and it turned out great

I wasn't a fan of this hominy. It seemed a little overcooked straight from the can, and the texture was softer than I prefer. When I used it in pozole, it also didn't seem to absorb the flavor of the broth very well. I'd probably choose a different brand next time.

I use this for restaurants only thing is that I have gotten dented cans almost every order and they are prohibited by Food Health Department Not good
