I have been using pro curling irons since the early 70's (when I went to beauty college). I am used to hot, and how to manage it. What I am not used to is a shorter handle. I LOVE longer handles~~to me better control! So I have to get used to it. I have the same brand iron (with a longer handle) but a smaller barrel. I needed a larger barrel with my now longer hair. The iron itself works fine. I would prefer a longer handle~~harder to find online. Usually easier in beauty supply stores and a bit more expensive. Anywho, the iron barrel is larger but works well for longer hair.

There really needs to be an auto-shut-off feature. The cord is perfect allows for great range of potion without stressing the cord. Not super fond of the temperature setting or on off switch.

The price was really good on this curling iron, but the product was clearly returned after being opened and potentially used. It should have been discounted further and customers needed to be made aware that this was not a new item.

I bought this because it said it was an “extra long” barrel. It's NOT and extra long barrel. Check out the photo of this curling iron next to an actual extra long barrel. My hair is down to my waist so this curling iron will not work for me.

This is Hot Tools Professional not Hot Tools Extra Large Extended Barrel. False advertising. I've used hot tools for 20 years and this seller not advertising correct item with title. I received original size not extra long barrel size.

After I found where my iron was delivered, I returned it as it was too late to use it. I had to search my neighborhood.

I received my Curling Iron today and it was clearly a refurbished model. It was supposed to be a 24k Pro the barrel was Silver and no digital heat indicator. There was no packaging. They are false advertising
