I have had several of these over the years and like them alot. Went to use it one day and upon plugging it in my breaker would turn off. Found another new one ordered it and it did the same thing. So my advice is try it to make sure it doesn't have the same electrical problem mine had. One was a couple years old the other brand new. Since then I have tried 2 others which have so far worked fine.
I love this hair styler. I fairly quickly dries my hair and styles it at the same time. The style seems to hold longer than a regular blow dry. My hair is fine and thin so finding a product that makes it easy to achieve a nice hairdo is exciting. I discovered this item when my hairdresser used it on me. Wish I'd found it sooner. The only downside is that it is a little flimsy and I fear breaking it.
I've been using Hot Tools hot-air styler for years %26 was very happy to find it at a reasonable price.
Pretty good for price. Got beautiful perfect curls every time. Don't be stupid like me though and be willy nilly with it, because it does break easily (light plastic) and I tripped my entire bathroom circuit when it finally broke (entirely my fault)
I like this drying curler as it has the plaster prongs. Bristle prongs do not work on my hair.
We have used this product for years and never found anything that compares to this product. Just remember to clean out the air input screen and it will last a lot longer. We use it on dry hair and there are 3 sizes. Depends on your hair length, as the 3/4" barrel would not be good with long hair. Enjoy !!
I love this product…but I wish it had a cooling option! Otherwise it certainly does a great job. I have medium length hair…it has a button to release your hair so it stays curled and the hair doesn't get caught in the brush.
So far this is an adequate styling tool for your clean hair after it's 98 percent dry. It should not be used as a hair dryer. When hair is close to being totally dry use this Hot Air Brush on the low setting to finish your style. Using the high setting will cause it to overheat and then you will have to wait for it to cool down.
I use this to curl the ends of damp hair. Works very well for that. I'm sure it would work well for curling bangs as well. My only complaint is that I wish it got a little bit hotter. I feel like the high setting just makes the air blow out more forcefully but doesn't help make the barrel of the brush get hotter.
You still need both hands. I have a bad shoulder so it didn't fit my needs.
