5ft Aluminum Betsy Flags Flagpole, Anti-Tangle Spinning Pole, Silver

I gave this flagpole five stars. The only thing I would encourage the company to do is make the circle where the hook goes out of metal not plastic. The plastic tends to break sometimes.

Easy to install and the one solid pole versus multiple pole parts looks better and is more sturdy. I had one with parts and it came apart numerous times. The anti-tangle function works great. Highly recommend for porches. A good pairing is a solar powered spotlight to keep it lit year round at night so you don't have to pull the flag in at night or leave it unlit which I understand is not per flag protocol.

I thought I was ordering a flag and pole, so he puts in the back of my car and when I arrived home all there was a pole, I don't need a pole so I am returning it. I thought the wait was too long. I texted when I left the house that I was on my way and yet I still had to wait over 20 minutes

only reason it didn't get five stars is because the screws that come with it leave it or not are so flimsy that I had to change them out and use different screws so that they stayed mounted properly to my metal gate but I do recommend these just know they're not the best but they're fine.

Led to think flag-pole was USA Made—should be titled ‘Flimsy-Betsy'! Also, arrived bowed,,,Could be delivery-caused? Still, can't rate higher.

It only sometimes is tangle free, more times than not it still wraps the flag around the pole. Great idea, bad execution. I would go with another brand.

The "Anti-Tangle" spinners do not work well enough to prevent tangles. Worse than that, the flag hooks will not hold the flag on in a light breeze. I ended up securing the flag with zip ties. Overall, this is a cheaply built item probably suited for indoor use at best. I kept the one I received because of the approaching 250th year celebration. After that passes, it will come down.

I was trying to order an outside flag and pole. I spent an hour combing your page and thought this was flag included. There is nothing wrong with the quality itvis just not what I wanted.

Don't waste your money, the hoops are plastic, the screws that clamp the hoops are plastic, and the clips that hold the flag to the pole are plastic. Not worth the money they're charging for it.

The flagpole is a thin gauge and has a cheap looking grey plastic cap. Flag spinner attachments are plastic and do not spin freely. Avoid this item if you take pride in flying the American flag.
