Very easy to program and install and operate. Price was great compared to other security cameras on the market. You use the app on your phone to activate camera and view whatever area you want to surveil.
Perfect! Came with easy instructions! But you have to add a plan in order to review any footage. You can watch the first 6 secs for free but after a certain time it’s deleted. So if you seriously need the security you have to buy a plan with it as well. But overall it’s pretty good especially at night! You can see clear at night and day!
Good value, you get what you pay for. The pairing and setup was a breeze for me as I've purchased similar cameras before. Using the tool to scrool back and forth is always delayed though. I love the option to preset certain angles to view. Offers cloud service with paid subscription, otherwise get a memory card.
The only con is you need to subscribe to cloud. You can only see very few seconds of video without cloud service. If you do have an alert, you can watch on camera to check out alert. Mine caught a trespasser as he was exiting property. Did not catch coming on property. For the price of these cameras you get a good deal. But you need to purchase the Cloud subscription.
Overall the product itself is easy to installs and has a decent picture, also has storage option with sd card. However the big drawback is the product itself advertises as 5g compatible, once you have downloaded the app and move thru install you are shown that 2.4 is the connection for the camera and 5g will be marked out. Even if your camera does connect to the 5g is will not stay stable and disconnects quite frequently.
the cameras dont show everything even when you have the cloud. Watching and then like magic the object disappears. when i save it or ahare it, it only saves ir shares a picture not video. most of the time when i veiw the clips and cloud video there is nothing there. only good thing so far it helped catch the raccoon that was getting in.
Very hard to get the app to connect to cameras, Had no night vision. Always advertising to pay $129.00 for the cloud. Siren came on for no reason. Cameras had no company name or company support. Cameras would just shut off,had to turn back on constantly. Just bad cameras and NO COMPANY SUPPORT. Walmart needs to scrutinize their sellers better.
I have yet to install my security bulb. I've tried every instruction that came with the bulb, but I have not been able to connect it to my Internet. The manufacturer stated that it will connect to 4G or 5G speed., I have high speed Wi-Fi. I should have returned it when I could, but I thought that it would not be a problem to hook it up to my Internet. I purchased several before and had to return them because I bought 4G instead of 5G, but this time I was sure because I made sure that I ordered the right one. I would like to know what the manufacturer has to say about this problem? I guess I'll just sit here and look at it until someone else can use it in my family may be to use it, a waste of money!
I was very unhappy with the product. it had no instructions, so I basically bought it for nothing. I don’t know how to use it. I wish I would’ve known it was not gonna come with instructions, I would’ve never bought it. It’s so sad that Walmarts getting terrible with their products anymore.
Couldn't get them to work. Tried 3 times and nothing. 2 of them worked until I signed up for Cloud, then most of the time the cameras were off, I didn't turn them off, so I guess Cloud did. Canceled Cloud and am returning cameras. Idea is good, but quality not good.
