5x7 Same Day Flip Book

I couldn't find a flipbook on most photo sites. This one was perfect for a quick recipe book for my son! I love the texture of the pages (thick and resistant). I had 2 problems online so I had to go into the store. 1- the digital 'spiral' isn't drawn right so my first attempt was flipped And 2- I could only enter 10 pages online... frustrating! I took my phone in to the Walmart photo kiosk and the employee was quite wonderful and helpful. He helped me use the scan-square to get my photos from my phone to the kiosk. From there I just organized the recipes from rolls and appetizers to entrees and desserts! It was ready in less than an hour and just about perfect. I had left a small margin on the tops for the spiral and I could have up to 30 pages. It's wrapped and in the mail. I'm happy... and if they fix online, I'll be super happy :)

Same day service was great!!!! The day before school started, I had the idea of having individual flip books made for 4 kids. I thought that maybe they might want to bring them to school to show their peers how they spent their summer vacation. I was very happy that Walmart was able to create the 4 flip books within a matter of hours. The kids were thrilled.

Ordered it same day pickup. Got email it was ready. Went to pick up young lady found pictures but it was not complete, did not have the binding. Told to come back next day, she was leaving note to have it completed first thing. Made a second trip to get it, waited over an hour for someone to find, then was told they could not find it. Needless to say I never got my order. I even showed them my emails, text, and my Walmart app notification it was done. Do not recommend the Walmart in Belleville,IL. The whole process was a joke.

I thought this would be a great surprise for my mother, I was so wrong. I placed my order easy enough and was told it'd be ready in an hour. I got a text letting me know it was ready for pick up an hour after the order was placed. I showed up almost three hours after I placed the order and no body could find my order. Finally another employee comes to let me know that it's not done, not even started and they don't even have the supplies in stock to complete it. I paid when I placed the order and was told if I wanted to leave with something I'd still have to purchase more. This was my second attempt at photo prints through Walmart, unsuccessful again.

I overpaid for this photo book. When I got it, I questioned it and then I had to go to the other Walmart in my town and I took it with me and they said it was made wrong. I had to take it back to the original Walmart and they had to fix it.

purchased item online for same day pick up, It was a last minute gift on the day of the party. Sent a family memeber to pick it up and was told person who was in charge of photos was not there and they were unable to locate the product. Leason to self is never order something like this last minute and if you do, pick it up at least the day before so if they cant locate it, you can come back the next day.

I have tried twice for this small photo book. Both times pictures upside down not in order- First try had a hole punch through them and the spiral to hold the book together wasn't even all the way in. Walmart still has the pictures and are trying for the third time. Sure don't have my hopes up on this gift! Not going to happen!

I ordered a flip book but when I went to pick it up, it was just prints. The store said they can't print flip books with their printer.

they could not find my order and then the manager that came out didn't even speak with me! need refund.

They furned my request for my book down and for no reaason my husband n i got boudior pictures done n ive had th printed before at walmart..i still have gotten my money back
