Product is always great but service is not always great! 4 out of 5 times they could not find order even after I explain that they are mounted prints Never seem to be in the same spot

The photos on the magnets are not water resistant. The slightest moisture and they crumble. Images dont always come out same as what you have on the screen..

Good print, bad product.
The photo was printed beautifully, but the magnet is so thin the edges ha e curled and it no longer sticks flat to the fridge. That only took 2 days. I hope i can find a higher quality magnet.

Printer apparently got fixed then i went to pick up and the photo counter said the printer is putting lines through magnets. Couldn't get in store refund, had to go through the phone. Waste of time and couldn't gift. Go to Walgreen's instead.

Messy service
I would give them bellow 5 if it would be an option went down 4 times to the store there was no one to talk to and no one knew were the pictures are the person in charge of the photo department was always sick or left early the manager didn't know what job she had apparently because when I asked for help she said she didn't know anything about the photo department

It was so bad I could not use them. I was very disappointed. The prints were dark and colors were blurred together.

Flawed Photo Magnets
I ordered some photo magnets. When I picked them up, there were what appeared to be "fireworks" all over the photos. The associate at the photo counter asked if I ordered them with fireworks. I don't even see where that is even an option. I was told that I would have to go to customer service for a refund. Then she graciously offered to shred the photos for me to dispose of the evidence. What a joke. This is the second time that I have a problem with the photo service center. The last time I ordered photos, they were not there even though I received an email verifying that they were ready for pickup. I am done with the Walmart photo "service". I will just get my photos at Costco from now on, even though it is a lot further away from our house.
