cheesy with just enough smokiness, so delicious. Unlike any other mac-n-cheese I know of. There are always at least two boxes in reserve at our house. Homemade or Smokey Dokey are the only mac we eat. It's outstanding with bbq. If you add a bit of smoked butter and a dash of smoked paprika - amazing.

We have officially switched to Goodles in our house, and "Smokey Dokey" is the current favorite. As a parent, I'm always looking for ways to sneak more nutrition into my toddler's diet without a struggle, and this hits the mark. With 14g of protein and 7g of fiber per serving, it's a huge step up from the standard blue-box brands. I love that the nutrients are extracted from real veggies like kale and spinach, but you would honestly never know it. It helps me feel less "guilty" on those busy nights when we need a quick 10-minute dinner. And it definitely helps that it's a tad bit healthier because it seems like that's all my toddler will eat lately. The Smokey Dokey has a really nice, subtle hint of hickory smoke and gouda cheese. It's "fancy" enough for adults to enjoy, but mild enough that my toddler absolutely devours it. The shells hold the sauce really well, making it less messy for little hands to eat. PROS-High protein/fiber, no artificial junk, delicious smoky flavor. CONS- Wish it was organic, or they had a organic option, It's definitely more expensive than other brands, but the quality of the ingredients makes it worth the splurge for us.

As someone who doesn't eat meat or poultry, it's sometimes hard to get enough protein throughout the day. This mac %26 cheese was not only delicious, but provides 15g of protein per serving (~40g/box). The Gouda was nice and smoky and the ingredients are not overly processed compared to most other brands.

As someone who loves Mac and cheese as it is delicious and easy to make. Goodles is just the best there is. when I eat it, I don't have to worry that I am eating something unhealthy as it is packed with vitamins and minerals and made with veggies. unlike other healthy Mac and cheese, it actually taste good! Other brands that claim to be healthy are just gross! This is the ONLY brand of macaroni I will eat! Hope more flavors will be added! The only negative I can say is that it is pricy for a box of macaroni. I really wish they'd lower the price

Goodles Smokey Dokey tastes really good. I had Mac and cheese with smoked cheese for the first time not too long ago and was surprised by how much I liked it. I learned about Goodles recently that it's a healthier Mac and cheese made with veggies and more protein and better ingredients. This is my first time trying it. Now I'm a fan and want to try the other flavors.

I can finally enjoy Mac and Cheese with no guilt. Tastes better than I remembered, actually. Would recommend to anyone with a Mac and Cheese craving on a high protein. ,low carb diet.

review for goodles gouda flavor, Holy Liquid Smoke, Batman!! it's would you like some cheese and pasta to go with your liquid smoke?! I added kraft singles American cheese to make it edible, but definitely not buying this flavor again.

Smoke x 3. Too much smoke flavor for us and the overall it was very rich. We were hoping for something a little bit lighter. Back to the standard cheddar Goodles.

Oh wow this is the most disgusting food I have ever tasted. It's horrible. Literally tastes like donkey milk but worse. I have tried many of these and they are all Delicious if you add extra cheese and sufficient milk - even almond milk. But this Gouda one is vomit worthy.
