A pincushion would have been nice had it been included. The 10 dollar kit is expensive in comparison to this essentials kit. I already had a container for the threads so I didn't have to worry about it. Good buy. Gets the job done.

Had a project where the inseam unraveled in my athletic pants, causing the drawstring to fall out. The product worked perfect to sew that up (about a foot long), with plenty of string left.

This was perfect for what I needed it for. The needles seem to be good quality. The thread is quite thin, but it worked fine for a hoodie pocket repair. I'm not a seamstress by any means, but I do often have to make small repairs, I guess you'd call them, in my grandkids' clothes. I bought this to keep on hand for just that reason, and it does the job.

Lots of thread colors for the price, but small quantity on each spool. Works for sewing up a pocket rip, or something small like a small hole or a cut in your fabric. The colors make matching your item easier. It is a cheap kit at a very cheap price. Would be good for travel.

Thought it would be just thread %26 needle...did not need the other items. Just a kit to sew buttons, hem, seam when on the go. I can use my sewing macine/kit when I'm at home.
