The support is good. Helps my legs feel better. However, the ones with designs on them tend to start unraveling when I wear them in my boots.

These are really nice knee high socks with minimal compression. They fit a size 16 female with woman's size 11 foot really well. My daughter has really long legs and they come all the way to the knee. People 5'8" to 6' should be really happy with the fit. They are not 20-30 mmHg. The sock colors are not as shown. The socks are really a soft pastel pink for both the solid and polka dot. The grey socks are as shown. The remaining pair is cream. If you want light compression the colors and patterns are fun. If you are following a medical mandate they miss the mark. So it is a yes if you just want a little support with a fun look but if you need more it is a no.

If you need actual "compression socks" this is not the item for you. the compression is minimal and the embroidery from the cute designs can be felt on the bottom of your foot and causes indentation in the skin as legs swell throughout the day. also hot and not soft.
