received counterfeit product
not received genuine ngk spark plugs, those are counterfeit going to return. Good to buy in store or sold directly by Walmart.

You very stupidly
You took my time, I spent time, spent money. You sent a completely unsuitable product, it doesn't even fit in the catalog, they even look different, they don't fit a 2015 Chevrolet Cruz with a 1.4 engine, I don't know how you sell such things! Why do you list a product with an incorrect description, why do you spread false information???!!!!! I am very angry with you!

Counterfeit? Factory Defect?
I suspect these plugs are either counterfeit or factory defect. They look exactly like the original in the exact box but, the gap is way off of spec. They spec at .044, but I measured them at less than .035. My gauges didn't go any smaller.

Fake spark plug
Fake spark plug I got item and went to the dealer to install. They were nice so they asked me if it's okay to inspect before they install. And they found it it is the fake spark plug and compare to authentic NGK spark plug is I can tell it's cheaply made. Really sad experience
