I didn't realize until I received this that it wasn't HP. I've only installed the black cartridge, but I was impressed by the packaging %26 it seems to be working great.
Anything I order online arrives quickly and I'm very happy with.
I haven't opened %26 used these yet but so I'm not sure if it deserves a five star or a one star. Delivery was amazing %26 quick I thank you Walmart !!
I thought it would last longer than it did. I go no where near the copies it said I should have gotten.
Color ink cartridge kept showing EMPTY and never worked. Black did show full but not the color cartridge. Will NEVER buy reconditioned ink cartridges again, will only by HP cartridges from Best Buy a they are new and have always worked great for me.
Received these, used printer for 5 pages total since received early November. I went to print yesterday, November 29th and nothing but smeared yellow color printed on the sheet of paper, I tried just black, just colors- same thing… smeared very light yellow print, therefore I ran to Walmart %26 bought 2 new HP cartridges which were $20 more - but obviously by writing this review- these non HP ink cartridges were a bust- waste of my hard earned money, will never buy again. I can't show you what it looked like because I printed personal information %26 was in need of print copy so just ran out to Walmart %26 my printer works fine with the HP cartridges.
You spend good money and one works and the color cartridge does not work. Printer keep saying reinstall.
Returned. Packing in photo was similar to HP packaging. When it arrived it was in a generic white box and not genuine HP ink. Next time I purchase any specials from Walmart I will investigate further before buying. Doing the return was easy.
The ink is not compatible and does not work. Opened the colored ink , placed it into my printer and will not work at all. So now what? I just lost $38.
