Refurbished cartridge
I dont usually buy off brand or refurbished ink. This was an oops. But so far has been working fine. Just hope it doesnt dry out before I can use it up. A good value.

This is a used product. It is an official product that was used and refurbished. This information came up on my copier. The color isn't as bright as it should have been. I'm 50/50 on whether or not if I were to buy it again. That explains why it was a cheaper option I suppose.

Confused
When I installed the cartridge both color and black and white the printer said not genuine HP ink cartridge. So far it is printing fine.

Not a bargain after all.
The black ink cartridge was the only one that worked. The color cartridge would generate error codes. The printer referred to it as being refurbished, making it not usable. I would not buy again.

Box was torn and open !!! No wonder ! It was a used and filled cartridge !! This was not stated anywhere be aware . Waste of money as my printer told on you !!

my printer shows there is a little under 1/2 left of black ink but it's not printing black at all. Colors are fine.

Ditch your existing HP printer; they are NOT WORTH THE COST OF THESE INK CARTRIDGES. I switched to the Eason ET-2803 and love it. Uses inexpensive (comparatively) ink that lasts a very long time. HP Got TOO GREEDY!
