Work great. Seeing that this is a power brick and cord for a Surface Pro laptop I was surprised at the low price. The brick doesn't have the Genuine Microsoft logo affixed to it I'm assuming this is an aftermarket version. I don't care about that as long as it works. And it does.

For the price, it can't be beaten. I'm using it to power a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and it's powering and charging the device without issue; would recommend.

I was so ready for a hassle when the cord to my laptop got frayed and funky. I went to the Walmart website, found the replacement easily, ordered it easily, it arrived almost instantly, I plugged it in....EXCELLENT.

The online app was confusing a bit to just me. First it gave me the impression it would be delivered to my address for free. Then the next day I got a text saying I needed to come into the store to pick it up. I called and talked to someone in customer service and said I did not have a car. That was the only drawback. The price was 1/3 from other vendors!

Liked the product and price. Took longer to get it (shipping, etc) than expected...couldn't use my laptop for all those days. Not sure where it shipped from, or if Walmart has them positioned in multiple distribution centers around the country (I have 40 years experience with logistics %26 technology including many in retail distribution). Our systems had weighting in the algorithms for Criticality of Item (e.g. does Customer suffer a work stoppage without this Under-$20 item). But I appreciate your having the product at a good price, for a years-old SurfacePro. Thank you

My surface was listed as compaitable with this charger, however it would not charge the surface. The charger lit up as if it was charging once plugged in, however it would not charge my device. I checked to make sure the cord was connected, plugged in, etc. I ended up going with a more expensive charger from another vendor.

The item I recieved is not the item advertised. This is not a 65W charger. It is likely not even sufficient to keep a surface pro recharged during use.

in the pictures it shows that it has an LED indicator light, but it has no such light on the model that I received. Will update if it actually works and is actually a 65 watt charger.

I received the charger and it worked for a few weeks now it isn't working. It was also charging very slow in the beginning before it completely failed. The charger indicator light is just blinking now.

The laptop charger worked for exactly 5 weeks, just long enough that I can't exchange it. It's plugged in and lit up but no longer charges.
