Replaced a charger whose cord began to fray. This one is more compact, with a better plug that fits more securely in the outlet. Pleased with this item.

the only thing i didn't like is the power cord that plugs into socket and power box is very short compared to original. The cord that connects from power box to computer is long as the original.
This item is working good so far.
It worked for about 3 weeks then suddenly stopped working. No damage, just stopped.
The item has two parts, a wire from from the computer to the transformer and then another cord that plugs into the transformer on one end and into a regular 120v outlet on the other end. the power cord will not stay in the transformer unit. Thus the whole thing isn't going to work properly.
