there are 6 eggs, 3 of them opens with a yolk inside. The 3 that are open do not close. It would be better if the eggs cracked open. the orange color is vibrant. they are made of quality wood they will last long. the carton is made of the same paper material as real egg cartons it will not last long. they would also be great for using as a teaching math tool, wholes and halves. granddaughter likes as play cooking eggs. so would recommend for the multiple use
This item comes with six eggs that appear to be made from wood. Three eggs do not open. Two of these eggs are orange and one is white. In addition, you get three eggs that do open. One egg is orange and has an orange what is supposed to be a yolk inside and two white eggs that open with a removable orange yolk. Although this is of excellent quality I don't understand what they could be used for. I guess you could place them with play food for a small child but what I don't understand is the concept of this other than to teach what an egg inside looks like but you could do that with a regular egg. The eggs do not have any interlocking mechanism, they just stack on top of each other meaning the top of the egg and the bottom of the egg don't stay together. I personally would not purchase this because I have no idea what I would use this for. I'm going to give this to my grandson so he could have it with his play food in his Easter basket. Perhaps someone might have a craft idea for these but I don't have any idea what I would use them for.
im still recommending these because they are so cute and my babies loved them. however, theyre much smaller than i had thought and with that unfortunately the "yolk" can be a choking hazard. the first thing my toddler did was try to out it in her mouth. they love cracking eggs wutu me in the morning so they'll be playing with these supervised forsure but conisder that when purchasing.
i received this item for the cost of taxes. The regular price at the time of this review was 9.99 plus tax. the eggs are off colored and poorly painted. The eggs are veey small and fit too loosely. Unfortunately the toddler I got them for did not play with them at all. I would look for a better set.
Really cute the kids love it because they get to pretend to make eggs all day. It was a little smaller than expected but still worthy of playing and pretend cooking.💛☀️
They are cute but I'm glad I didn't have to pay for them. They appear to be different online. I like that they are word but a lot smaller than pictured.
Honestly, this toy was kind of a joke. It's very small.. children could choke very easy at any age on this toy
