I bought this for my granddaughter and she was very happy at first but she said it keeps going off for no reason and she has to sit and wait for it to come back on we tried everything it's not the battery it just shuts off for some reason or freezes up.

I do not recommend this product at all. Not only does it have slow lag times but you have to restart or shut it down. I only use it for one app that this product claims to meet the specifications of the app. It will take all day just to open up the app if I am so lucky. I am going to have to purchase another tablet and return all of the ones that I bought. I bought 4 of them and they are all the same.

It being new will not pull up anything without a wait. I took it to computer wiz and they said right off I should take it back. Then like the store one or 2 times it went and down loaded. It is a awful tablet. I would almost think this was a used one.

only the second day in using this, the screen is frozen. havnt even used it more than 3 hours the whole time we have had it. its awhite screen cant turn it off cant use it. cant get it to do anything! wanted to get this for my daughter for now til i could afford a better one. its not worth a penny! do not buy. im sending it back!

I mean a lot the fact that I gave I just like this product is because when the lights went out it shattered with inside the tablet and I was unable to use it anymore and I contacted the vendor and it took forever to contact me back and now they're saying that my warranty expired and there was nothing else they can do so I won't recommend anybody to buy this product

i bought the tablet yesterday and have been trying to install a system update and it won't install. it keeps saying failure and gives me the option to reset the update or device and I've tried both and no budge. I have factory reset the device and tried again and still nothing. maybe the one I received is defective, but I will be returning or exchanging.

The tablet I got wasn't the one I ordered. I ordered a Android 15 and received an older tablet with Android 14. It wouldn't be a big deal to go in the settings myself to update but the manufacturer doesn't have a software update for this model. Basically that means I can't do anything to upgrade it to what it was supposed to be when I ordered it.

My Tablet wasn't Found my delivery person sent the tablet down and took a photo the order went to the third floor, the delivery driver failed to deliver my tablet

I bought this for my roommate to just play on.. slower than dial up internet.. was gonna give it to my not even 2 year old to play with but it's been sitting in a drawer for about 4 months, because it's so slow it's frustrating to mess with.

battery won't hold charge for 24 hours. sounds are terrible sounding and doesn't fit my 7" protective case but is supposed to be a 7" tablet. very disappointed
