Battery tends to drain out within 3 hours is my only real drawback on this unit. Otherwise, graphics, case, overall use is great. Latest Android platform performs beautifully.

Light weight and easy to handle. It processes slowly and has limited memory capacity and therefore gets stuck when trying to play games on it. Therefore, I use it for reading, limited web searching, watching videos over wifi, and basic app usage only

It came with YouTube installed, so it is functional for my main purpose. However, its setup thinks it's a phone and won't set up without a SIM card. Which I don't have, because I bought a TABLET, not a phone. So, I can't use any Google services. Not even the app store to download more apps, or the photos.

Can't transfer apps to SD card,which is what I purchased this tablet for. It is slow to load ,as well as function. Freezes up ,and you have to reboot. Yes,I got what I paid for.. lesson learned

The tablet don't work right.

Product only stays on if plugged in even with full charge. Even plugged in, trying to get it to work drains the battery. No apps are able to be installed due to constant crashing. I had good internet connection when the devise stayed on, but it would crash so much that it look forever to find out that the device could not even download one app once I finally got to that stage. I personally feel that this was made to be an imitation rather than a real tablet. It is worthless.

unit stopped working 2 days after i got it, factory reset left same issue, when you try to open unlock it goes right back to locked, no fix

when I got it everything worked very good when time went on it being to not want to come on so it was returned

awful it kept freezing and it eventually wouldn't keep a charge. This item should be remove from the market. it was a waste of time and money.

the charger that came out of this very cheap the tablet works at the very least is very slow and the battery does but then like 3 hours bought it for my kid who has autism for something for him to do not a very good tablet at all especially for the purpose I bought it for
