My three in a half year old loves this and the ebooks are perfect!!It's very durable he has knocked it off the bed and off his highchair and it's still working just fine! I am going to purchase one for his twin brother and his six year old brother!!

factory reset is easy! manual not included!! bought sd card and installed but don't know how to use. Again, finding online manual cause one inside cannot be used. hey 74 yrs old so fight electronics constantly. oh well. kids nowadays could jump right into it.

I reviewed several tablet before choosing this one as a gift mainly because the description of easy use that and that it came with a cable and charger however when the box was open there was no charger. I contacted Walmart's customer service and got a quick response from the seller that none of their products came with a charger. the tablet connected to my internet quickly. I wanted to return the item but the person I gifted it to says they had one that actually works in the head no problem charging the tablet up. I hope Walmart is more careful when they're providing specifications of their products. the person I gifted the tablet to says she likes it, was able to add online games, and apps, and would recommend it.

None of the apps ran at full speed.It took forever for anything to download. when it did download, it never ran right or it would crash. if we tried to facetime or do anything, the volume didn't work or the picture would glitch. it was definitely not worth it.

Likes Nice screen size, looks bright, sharp and clear. Dislikes would not take 2nd SD card, had glitching with screen, slow speed and trouble downloading.

I loved the color and the clarity of images on screen. I did not like that it kept shutting off while I was doing my puzzle. Also when I formatted an SD card for more memory. I did not have an option for internal or external. Only one choice external /portable. I never got the choice of internal memory.

worked when i first turned it on and came already charged, but then wouldn't charge up again after it had died the first time, and i used the charger it came with. they should have replaced the item free of charge for the inconvenience of the whole process.

this order was delayed and I wouldn't recommend no one to buy this item I think Walmart should give me a tablet after it was delayed my sister needed this tablet for her disability she was looking forward to getting this they refunded my money but it's not the same she still talks about this so no I wouldn't recommend this item

when I got it I thought o cool this is a great tablet I got it to play fortnite on cause it was supposed to have all the right specs to be able to support fortnite but it doesn't won't even let you download it I thought ok at least I can watch movies on it still yea for all of 4 days then the move apps started saying that the tablets systems are messed up and isn't allowing videos to play regularly games take forever to download and the thing is always attached to WiFi so no reason for it to not be up to date of have any Internet connection problems not worth the money I'm paying for it

The microphone doesn't work at all. I bought this for online language lessons for kids and there is no functioning mic? And the parent controller app is also garbage. Crashes and restarts makes using any app nearly impossible. This didn't happen to the other one I bought. This one is garbage.
