These frames are surprisingly robust. The wood look is a veneer that I would equate to shelf lining paper/plastic. That is not a bad thing as it looks good. The back is well built and looks strong. You get 7 of these for under $4 each. With the cost of frames these days, you cannot beat it! If you are looking for a solid casual frame at a reasonable price, these are it. They also came well packed with no breakage. I recommend them.

Excellent quality, made out of real wood. Backing is very well made and stay on with spring supported clasps to hold the picture backing against the glass. Strong construction of all elements in the frame.

I liked the color of the frames and the easy to use lock pin mechanism. First time seeing this mechanism on a frame and I have to say it is so much better than the traditional bending of the metal to hold it in place.

The picture frames are perfect I like that it has everything you need to fit anything from a picture to a certificate.

The frames are sturdy made and the finish is nice. The backs make it very simple for putting in a certificate / picture inside.
