This was actually very easy to set up and the built in air pump is a huge plus. The material is very thick so we don't have to worry about the spa deflating. The cover inflated right up and covered the top perfectly. It took about 12 hours to heat up to 103 and I plan to just leave it on all the time. Great spa for the price for sure.

We purchased this a week ago was having an issue with the spa not heating realized it was user error, if you leave the top closed tightly and heat it will keep its heat.

We purchased this to replace a recently destroyed hot tub, but didn't want to spend a fortune on one. The cost for a hot tub of this size was too good to pass up. The set up could not possibly have been any easier. It took us approximately 20 mins to have it out of the box, filters connected and inflated. It took about 40 mins for it to be filled with water. It took a few hours to get it fully heated to 104 degrees. The hot tub is comfortable enough to sit in, the bubbles feels great and the included cup holders are a wonderful addition. My wife and I have used it many times already and couldn't be happier with the purchase; we like it more than the Intex hot tub that we had replaced.

This is so nice and relaxing. The size is great. I'm a family of 6 and we can all fit In it. It's strong enough for my kiddos. The pump being built into the tub is amazing so it doesn't take up any extra space. The motor is strong and the bubbles are so relaxing. It also came with 2 cup holders that go on the side so that little extra bonus was awesome.

Very nice hot tub and we really do like the size it's so much better than our old one for a guy who is 6'6. . We give it 3 stars as it just sucks not having the top as one piece. .. if the top was one piece, we would've given it five stars.

Poor instructions and user guide; The QR code printed direct you to a site but the model of the spa doesn't exist. Heater works vary vary slow. Ad said the cover is inflatable but no. Received the package in poor condition and the hot spa has signs of dirty and stains. My wife thought it's used.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased this spa %26 when I opened it %26 laid it realized it will only fit 2 adults comfortably. Product states 4 to 6. Let Walmart know I need to return it. Walmart states only, message seller. Ok, I message the seller. Instead of starting a return %26 sending me a return label; they attempt to bribe me into keeping it by giving me a story about how it won’t resell, they’ll give me first 8% off, then 20% off %26 final 35% off. It still doesn’t solve the issue it’s not going to fit more people. I wait, they still give no label of return, instead tell me to start a return with Walmart and print label. I let them know, no label with Walmart. I paid $143.00 to return UPS, as they requested UPS. Now no response! THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT %26 I PAID $143.00, but have nothing to show for it!! 😡They could resell %26 make their money still.

Bought it in December, already malfunctioning in January, run from this tub!!!!! This should last longer than a few months! Keeps telling us to change the filter, then shuts down. Total piece of junk!!!!

It is not a 4-6 person hot tub , 2-3 is more likely But the biggest issue is that it arrived and the whole inside is covered in mold !! I have contacted the company 4 times and have never received a response ! The last request I sent was for a return/refund…still waiting !!!
