This install was simple, with no external filtering system or pump was a bonus. Temperature control is easy to understand and temperature at 93 degrees is very comforting. I did purchase the warranty plan just for added security in case of issues.

Very easy set up. Runs well. Very roomy for 2 adults. 3 or 4 adults would be fine too. This is our second hottub in this size. The first one. by a different manufacturer, but also purchassed at Walmart, lasted 4 years before developing small holes and mechanical problems.

We have been using this hot tub for about three weeks, and so far it has been a hit! My husband goes in the hot tub every evening to relax. My only complaint is that the water temperature drops by a few degrees every time we put the gets on. That said, this hot tub is hotter, and the jets are stronger than our community hot tub, so I would say it's a win! I am very pleased with the quality of the hot tub, and I look forward to using it for a long time to come!

at first the connection leaked then they replaced it and its fine

This hot tub heater in the unit worked for 20 days and failed. I'm having trouble reaching the manufacturer for support. I would like a refund if not resolved.<hi

the description nay, the TITLE of this product states that it is a PAD. it is absolutely NOT a pad, it is a mat, and a chinsy mat at that. i wanted a pad. it is thin and ugly not at all what i thought i wqs buying to go under an i flatable hot tub. 10/10 do NOT recommend
