I recently purchased this inflatable hot tub, and I’m genuinely blown away by the entire experience—from the price to the product quality to the customer service. I managed to get it at a fantastic price, and when it arrived, I was amazed at how great the condition was right out of the box. we definitely recommend this hot tub. we have wanted to buy a hot tub for a long time. this is the way to go! EASY set up, ready in 48 hours. it got HOT.. However we are still waiting for really cold Midwest temperatures to see how well it keeps up. so far, we are extremely satisfied. we've had it for 2 months and have already gotten our money's worth. be realistic.. the "jets"are bubbles and are pretty loud However still worth it.

We've had this for about 6 months or so. It's been fantastic. during the winter it's a hot tub and during the South Carolina summers it's a "cool tub" about the only thing we don't like is the filters. they are inside the tub and easy to damage. We're extra careful with them. And it took a while to find replacements. Amazon carries them. Walmart? Hard to find and 2x the cost of Amazon. Other than that it's perfect for my wife and I

I love this thing! The kids and grandkids are really enjoying it! The grandkids like to get in it without the heater on so it’s like a mini swimming pool to them. Super easy set up and easy to maintain a gate clean. I highly recommend this product.

Very roomy! So far haven't figured out the heating past 96. But we like it.

I love my hot tub, it works great, don't forget to buy spa supplies for treating the water. I opted for the frog system. My only real complaint is for the first 3 months the heater kept shutting off every couple of days, so I had to monitor it often or risk going to hop in and having lukewarm water. I don't know why, but it finally resolved that issue itself and I haven't had to reset it (turn it back on) for the last 4 months. I am 5 foot eight and I can float in the hot tub if I lay from corner to corner. I also find it very handy for doing stretch, stretching, and other exercises. I did buy some blowup cushions, so it wasn't sitting directly on the bottom. When using the bubble jets the temperature does drop slightly, I imagine if it was outdoors, and not in my heated home, the temperatures were would drop even more, because it is picking up air from the air around the exterior of the hot tub, so the colder the air, the more the water will cool down while you're using the bubble jets. Something to think about. The first few times I used it. I stayed in too long and I struggled to stand up on my own because I am elderly and disabled and I felt very weak. I live alone so I won't make that mistake again. Another something to think about. Always take your cell phone with you, in case you need to call for help. I enjoyed my hot tub so much that I purchased one for my best friend and her husband and had it delivered right to their door. 😍

Had this Hot tub less than 3 months and been throwing up error signs HL, will not let the heater run keeps kicking off, Yhis is the 3rd tub purchased from Walmart last 6 years with error codes that I cant fix. Im 70 years old recovering from hip surgery and depend on it for therapy but the seller told me it would be 30 days to get a new heat panel that was the problem. Said it was coming by sea and I needed to send a video. Im a good customer dont feel respected. Please help me Thanks

This is my 3rd inflatable hot tub, this one is the worst I’ve ever had. It looks nice but plain and simply does not get above 102 (and rarely holds that temp long). I’ve tried various things to help including water levels, insulation, nothing seems to improve to issue. I’m guessing there a temperature regulator that doesn’t work right.

this is complete garage. DO NOT BUY, arrived swollen. when i contacted the company's they stated they would replace it. i recieved the wrong item and they wanted to fix it by giving me 10% back. do not buy you will regret it. terrible item. go with a better product not this garbage. as you can see in the pictures, the swollen section and what they tried to replace it with. terrible.

After only 4 months of use we got a high temperature error code. Did all the research for troubleshooting and apparently the temperature had gone bad and there is no way to fix it since the pump and heater are internal on this thing. Unit is now worthless.
