75-100 Inch Large TV Mounting Service

I've always known Walmart offered this service but never used it till now and it was the best decision ever, my TV was installed the next day after I received my wall mount that I ordered and it was up within 30 minutes, my son loved how it looked so he ordered a TV and wall mount a few days later and got the same service. I will recommend to everyone I know to use this service.

I can't rave about this company enough. I had two large televisions mounted in my apartment by them and both experiences were fantastic. The technician, Michelle, did an awesome job and was friendly and extremely professional. If you're on the fence, don't me. The process is to sign up and get an appointment is very easy and they are in constant communication with you until the job is done. It couldn't be any simpler than it is.

Danny was very thorough in making sure it was perfectly in the middle from left to right and from top to bottom. He was friendly and explained everything as he worked . Danny was suppose to have a partner because it was an 86 inch TV but he didn't complain and was able to complete the assignment by himself.

I took the option to have it installed when I paid for my order and the company only had one person in the area by me and the TV was too heavy for one person amount alone. He came twice waiting for another person to come and they never did. I still have not received my money back. I had hire someone else to put it up on the wall mount.

Horrible, I scheduled a time and date for my tv to be mounted a week in advance and on the day it was scheduled to be mounted I got a notification an hour before the time that was scheduled that it was now changed to two hours later. I called hello tech and they said that the tech is supposed to contact me and ask me what time works best for me to reschedule they said they would take care of it on their end and they guaranteed that my tv would be mounted that day. 30 minutes before the tech was supposed to be there he texted and said he couldn't make it and asked could him come the next day at 6pm I said yes. The next day at 3pm he changed the time to 7pm with out contacting me then at 6:40pm he changed and rescheduled the date to the next day at 6pm with out even talking to me.

HelloTech service is worse than Walmart. Been fighting for almost 4 weeks trying to get a tech to arrive. Scheduled, cancelled and even claiming installation is complete while my TV sits in the floor still in the box. Contacting them is as useless as Walmart itself. They've been telling me for over 2 weeks that my issue is being escalated and still no returns my text, mail or calls. Contacting Walmart on this results in the same stupid online behavior of passing me off to them even though Walmart is the company that charged my credit card. If you see HelloTech, just say goodbye and avoid a lot of hassle and possibly lost money for services that may never be rendered.

Hello tech is the worse service I have ever experienced. Walmart charged me, then Hellotech charged me 3 more time. Then it is very hard to get anyone on the phone. It was the worse. I wouldn't recommend this to my enemies. I'm a man that wouldn't talk bad about anyone but I just don't want anyone to make the same mistakes that I did.

I have called twice. The TV was delivered to the wrong address. I talked to an customer service agent and and got nowhere and then a manager and he told me he would send out the same TV at the same price. Two days and nothing. I would like to get a call and the tv delivered. no one seems to care. I lost almost $600 and wants to be called.

I paid for the Large TV mounting service but Angi hasn't received and notifications from Walmart of my purchase and I've had my TV for a week not installed. Angi tells me to contact Walmart and Walmart tells me to contact Angi. Highly annoyed and I will never ever purchase anything like this again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THATS DEALS WITH INSTALLATION!!!

I bought a 98” TV and I knew that I was not able to install it so I bought the large TV installation from HelloTech. A 98” TV requires the two person installation package which is what I needed. A single technician showed up and I had to get a family member to help us mount the TV because obviously the sole technician could not do it alone. When I called HelloTech afterwards to be reimbursed they said the order was through Walmart and that there's nothing they could do. The technician said it was routine for them to send only one person and that the buyers would just help.
