TV Wall Mounting by HelloTech (Mount not included)

Initially had communication issues with the company. They received my payment but I did not get an appointment date. There was an issue with the automated system. Once I was able to talk with a live person, everything was taken care of. And the tech was awesome. He mounted the TV for my 88 yr old dad and made him laugh several times in the process. He made his day x2.

Well, I had to pay this because I don't know how to hang up a 65 inch TV by myself. I'm in a wheelchair so 75 bucks kind of sucked but it's straight and it's hung up hopefully properly but I could've saved 75 bucks if I could've done it myself.

this had nothing to do with the young man it was the idea that I wasn't aware he was coming because I wasn't given any notice and I would have told him not to come because the TV I bought the first one didn't work and so when he came there was miscommunication somewhere because I was so surprised that he came. I told him that I didn't have the TV and that I was going to be sending it back so I'm wondering if I can have him come back and put put the one up now for my new TV?

After typing what I needed in original installation info, I was then contacted via text from an out-of-state asking for pictures and what is needed. I was glad they wanted to know so I took pics. I was then contacted by a different text saying they were running late (they arrived almost 9:30 pm). I chose the 5-8 since the tv was not arriving until 4. He came in and said 2 people are needed OR there will be an additional charge of $110. I said I lived there a year and GEEK SQUAD (1 guy) mounted same size tv. I said no thank you and he left. NEVER AGAIN TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

The person who came to mount our TVs installed the new television we had just purchased, which went fine. We also had bought an additional stand to use for our previous TV, and he kindly offered to install it for an extra fee. Unfortunately, when he mounted our older TV (not the new one), it ended up being damaged during the process. What was even more upsetting was that afterwards he said he could not take responsibility because it was not a product purchased from their store. This felt very disappointing, especially because he had personally offered to do the installation for an additional charge. We trusted his service, and it was heartbreaking to see our TV damaged and then not have any accountability for it.

DO NOT PAY FOR MOUNTING. This is HIGHLY misleading. Walmart will charge you and will fail to disclose full story. They will not deal with dismount of old TV. They will send you to a site to schedule your “mounting” appt. and THAT site will give you sales pitch for year subscription to their company and charge you AGAIN for the mounting 99$, for dismount for 29$, for large TV $20, and for safety %26 support 10$. Then when questioned about DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR MOUNTING, Walmart will claim you will have to handle it with “third party” WHO you would have never spoken to if you hadn't paid for mounting, in the first place. Do NOT do it people.

Walmart uses Hello Tech. They have been scheduled for 3 days and they canceled all 3 days. No one services our area. They should never have sold this service. What a waste of my time and money. Walmart is not worth the price if you can't get service. Hello Tech is a joke.

Charged me for installation but never installed. Technician texted us we were too far. Tried calling the customer service and they indicated they couldn't refund the installation amount of $79 since it was less than 24 hours but installation was added 24 hours window onl customer service and they indicated they couldn't refund the installation amount of $79 since it was less than 24 hours but installation and purchase was within 24 hrs. Their there inability to made my purchase $79 more!

Installer did not level mount on the wall. After installation, he tried to leve unit by twisting the mounting frame. I requested he level the mount and he refused. After he left, I removed the TV and reinstalled the TV mount to correct the problem

i never received it or the mount it was my first order and some of it could be my fault however nobody even tried calling or emailing. yea I got took on that deal
