TV Wall Mounting by HelloTech (Mount not included)

Scott was incredible. he did a great job and I let him do his thing instead of sitting there watching him. it's exactly where I wanted it, it is entirely anchored and I don't think it could have been done better. I'm not giving this 5 stars bc the Happytech company wanted to charge me $318 on top of the $79 purchase to, after they installed the TV mount, to put my old TV on it and install the new TV on the old mount. just to do that. installing the TV was $79. swapping TVs was gonna cost $320 more. I've hired a handyman for $100 to just move the TVs. but Scott, the technician, was wonderful and did a perfect job on the prepaid installation.

Great service, would recommend 10 out of 10 times. They were super fast at scheduling, sent me link to schedule same day as purchase, and was able to schedule as early as the following day. Tech was super thorough and mounting service was quick. Highly recommend! You do have to purchase your own tv mounting but I would still recommend.

Was easy listened to I my concern if why I did not need the service any longer. Reason TV delivered was damaged. Gave my my refund request within 24 hours. Only thing wrong was since they do not have my Cc information, they had to send a check, but al least I am getting mine. Not having to argue and jump. Through hoops to receive back

A complete waste of money and time. The technician came he botched the mounting by mounting the TV tilted and then refused to fix it and left. I refused to mark the order as complete so he forged my signature to complete the order. HelloTech used to be better.

very poor service. Purchased tv and was told it was in stock and would be delivered that day. set up and paid for install and tv. 9 pm got email tommorow it woulld. be the day. I went ahead to set day and time to install. late in the day new email it might be 5 days later. had to cancel install. cant be trusted and thinking never a good idea to pay first and hope you get thenproduct BAD EXPERIENCE

DO NOT PAY FOR MOUNTING. This is HIGHLY misleading. Walmart will charge you and will fail to disclose full story. They will not deal with dismount of old TV. They will send you to a site to schedule your “mounting” appt. and THAT site will give you sales pitch for year subscription to their company and charge you AGAIN for the mounting 99$, for dismount for 29$, for large TV $20, and for safety %26 support 10$. Then when questioned about DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR MOUNTING, Walmart will claim you will have to handle it with “third party” WHO you would have never spoken to if you hadn't paid for mounting, in the first place. Do NOT do it people.

After typing what I needed in original installation info, I was then contacted via text from an out-of-state asking for pictures and what is needed. I was glad they wanted to know so I took pics. I was then contacted by a different text saying they were running late (they arrived almost 9:30 pm). I chose the 5-8 since the tv was not arriving until 4. He came in and said 2 people are needed OR there will be an additional charge of $110. I said I lived there a year and GEEK SQUAD (1 guy) mounted same size tv. I said no thank you and he left. NEVER AGAIN TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

I paid to have my wall. My TV mounted. The tech company has made me miss three full days of work now and still my TV is not hung on the wall. They keep saying there is no technicians in my area. I canceled the service with them please issue me a full refund.

The person who came to mount our TVs installed the new television we had just purchased, which went fine. We also had bought an additional stand to use for our previous TV, and he kindly offered to install it for an extra fee. Unfortunately, when he mounted our older TV (not the new one), it ended up being damaged during the process. What was even more upsetting was that afterwards he said he could not take responsibility because it was not a product purchased from their store. This felt very disappointing, especially because he had personally offered to do the installation for an additional charge. We trusted his service, and it was heartbreaking to see our TV damaged and then not have any accountability for it.

If I could give it a "Run! They will never contact you and you will probably never get a refund bc the system won't let you" star, that is what this "service" would have. The TV arrived a week ago and no one had even attempted to contact me. yesterday I gave up and removed old TV myself breaking the mount and had to buy a new one from Walmart bc I loved the other one. I've had to hire someone who will actually show up to do this job. Honestly, I can't even begin to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this entire situation. 😭
