Great service, would recommend 10 out of 10 times. They were super fast at scheduling, sent me link to schedule same day as purchase, and was able to schedule as early as the following day. Tech was super thorough and mounting service was quick. Highly recommend! You do have to purchase your own tv mounting but I would still recommend.

He did an amazing job assembling and mounting my TV! He was on time, professional, and worked efficiently. Everything was installed perfectly, and he made sure it was secure and looked great before leaving. He was also friendly and respectful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their TV assembled or mounted. Thank you again!

Was easy listened to I my concern if why I did not need the service any longer. Reason TV delivered was damaged. Gave my my refund request within 24 hours. Only thing wrong was since they do not have my Cc information, they had to send a check, but al least I am getting mine. Not having to argue and jump. Through hoops to receive back

Scott was incredible. he did a great job and I let him do his thing instead of sitting there watching him. it's exactly where I wanted it, it is entirely anchored and I don't think it could have been done better. I'm not giving this 5 stars bc the Happytech company wanted to charge me $318 on top of the $79 purchase to, after they installed the TV mount, to put my old TV on it and install the new TV on the old mount. just to do that. installing the TV was $79. swapping TVs was gonna cost $320 more. I've hired a handyman for $100 to just move the TVs. but Scott, the technician, was wonderful and did a perfect job on the prepaid installation.

There is NO WAY this TV mounting service should be allowed to charge a customer up front, then cancel the order later because the service is not available in their zip code!! The company's software should look at the service address. If there is no service the company provides in that area code, then don't offer AND CHARGE the customer!! After much time and frustration, I'm looking elsewhere to get my TV installed. AND I am promised my money refunded in 4 to 6 weeks via PayPal. Something 5 to 10 weeks if I wanted a check sent to me!! Plus, I purchased the TV through Walmart because they offered mounting service!!!

The dude was super sweet but was here for several hours knocking on my wall looking for studs. Never found them. Had to leave job unfinished after taking up hours of my time trying to help him. Thankfully I had a contractor here working on something else so I asked if he could help me. He found the stud and got it done within 20 minutes. Do not recommend hello tech. There was also weird communication up front about a tech cancelling my appointment.

I paid to have my wall. My TV mounted. The tech company has made me miss three full days of work now and still my TV is not hung on the wall. They keep saying there is no technicians in my area. I canceled the service with them please issue me a full refund.

this company did not show up for scheduled appointment was 2hrs late then tried to reschedule and wanted to waste more of my time and almost got me fired from my job because they were late for scheduled appointment which made me late to work I would never use this company

DO NOT PAY FOR MOUNTING. This is HIGHLY misleading. Walmart will charge you and will fail to disclose full story. They will not deal with dismount of old TV. They will send you to a site to schedule your “mounting” appt. and THAT site will give you sales pitch for year subscription to their company and charge you AGAIN for the mounting 99$, for dismount for 29$, for large TV $20, and for safety %26 support 10$. Then when questioned about DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR MOUNTING, Walmart will claim you will have to handle it with “third party” WHO you would have never spoken to if you hadn't paid for mounting, in the first place. Do NOT do it people.
