TV Wall Mounting by HelloTech (Mount not included)

Was easy listened to I my concern if why I did not need the service any longer. Reason TV delivered was damaged. Gave my my refund request within 24 hours. Only thing wrong was since they do not have my Cc information, they had to send a check, but al least I am getting mine. Not having to argue and jump. Through hoops to receive back

Scott was incredible. he did a great job and I let him do his thing instead of sitting there watching him. it's exactly where I wanted it, it is entirely anchored and I don't think it could have been done better. I'm not giving this 5 stars bc the Happytech company wanted to charge me $318 on top of the $79 purchase to, after they installed the TV mount, to put my old TV on it and install the new TV on the old mount. just to do that. installing the TV was $79. swapping TVs was gonna cost $320 more. I've hired a handyman for $100 to just move the TVs. but Scott, the technician, was wonderful and did a perfect job on the prepaid installation.

this company has terrible customer service. services haven't been provided yet %26 i wanted to cancel because they were going to charge me another $109 to remove the existing tv from the wall. i am 75 yrs old %26 ordered the installation service because i can't do it myself. to have them come it would now cost me $190 instead of $79 i slready paid Walmart. was able to cancel but will not get my refund for possibly 6 weeks

this company did not show up for scheduled appointment was 2hrs late then tried to reschedule and wanted to waste more of my time and almost got me fired from my job because they were late for scheduled appointment which made me late to work I would never use this company

I am severely disappointed in my service and my Tech. I have numerous complaints regarding both. I am so dissatisfied with this company that I have requested a refund, cancel any membership with this company and no longer wish to use your services in the future.

The dude was super sweet but was here for several hours knocking on my wall looking for studs. Never found them. Had to leave job unfinished after taking up hours of my time trying to help him. Thankfully I had a contractor here working on something else so I asked if he could help me. He found the stud and got it done within 20 minutes. Do not recommend hello tech. There was also weird communication up front about a tech cancelling my appointment.

The person who came to mount our TVs installed the new television we had just purchased, which went fine. We also had bought an additional stand to use for our previous TV, and he kindly offered to install it for an extra fee. Unfortunately, when he mounted our older TV (not the new one), it ended up being damaged during the process. What was even more upsetting was that afterwards he said he could not take responsibility because it was not a product purchased from their store. This felt very disappointing, especially because he had personally offered to do the installation for an additional charge. We trusted his service, and it was heartbreaking to see our TV damaged and then not have any accountability for it.

If I could give it a "Run! They will never contact you and you will probably never get a refund bc the system won't let you" star, that is what this "service" would have. The TV arrived a week ago and no one had even attempted to contact me. yesterday I gave up and removed old TV myself breaking the mount and had to buy a new one from Walmart bc I loved the other one. I've had to hire someone who will actually show up to do this job. Honestly, I can't even begin to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this entire situation. 😭

After typing what I needed in original installation info, I was then contacted via text from an out-of-state asking for pictures and what is needed. I was glad they wanted to know so I took pics. I was then contacted by a different text saying they were running late (they arrived almost 9:30 pm). I chose the 5-8 since the tv was not arriving until 4. He came in and said 2 people are needed OR there will be an additional charge of $110. I said I lived there a year and GEEK SQUAD (1 guy) mounted same size tv. I said no thank you and he left. NEVER AGAIN TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

very poor service. Purchased tv and was told it was in stock and would be delivered that day. set up and paid for install and tv. 9 pm got email tommorow it woulld. be the day. I went ahead to set day and time to install. late in the day new email it might be 5 days later. had to cancel install. cant be trusted and thinking never a good idea to pay first and hope you get thenproduct BAD EXPERIENCE
