This Tv is insane, its huge, great quality you get so much,i love it i bought it on a black Friday sale very cheap i got alot for so little i definitely recommend it 100%
This is a two people mover for sure so make sure you have help if mounting on a wall or just to carry it in your house. It’s not so much that it’s heavy but the box is incredibly huge which is no surprise for a 75 inch television. With that said the television is very well packaged to protect it. As for the TV itself, it’s very impressive. For the amount of television modes and all the bells and extras that comes with this model I have not seen in televisions for double this price point. The Dolby Vision is amazing and you can really tell even though this is a 60 Hz television that the low latency lag in game mode very smooth and gorgeous. When watching a movie that is in 4K or supports Dolby vision it’s simply stunning. You truly feel like you’re looking through a window and watching the actors perform a play for you instead of watching a film. This is not our first 4K television, but it is by far the best. The fact that we got it for under $450 is incredible with free delivery from Walmart. So far we are extremely pleased and thrilled with our purchase.
Black Friday deal...a 75" for $448 is unheard of. Didn't know the brand but reviews were good. Looking for a tv to watch, not the top of the line for videophiles. But really good picture. I use a sound bar so I can't comment on the sound from the tv. But so far, so good.
I like the fact the tv is big and the screen is amazing. The picture is very clear and you enjoy watching the tv. But the setup is a little complicated take to long setup. Other than that I am happy with my purchase. The delivery girl was nice, professional, and responsible. She deserves a recognition. Thank you 🙏🏼
Just bought the TV on 11/7, had it on the wall by 11/9. So far - very happy with it. Not the most crisp picture, but for the price, it is what I expected. We are really big fans of the Roku TV option (we are cord cutters), so we love being able to go right to the free TV options.
For the money, this is a nice TV. Budget 75” big screen. But know this, the refresh rate is only 60hz, not 120 as advertised. And it does not have the multiple stand options as advertised. Only the outer edge positions. Found out the hard way but I planned on hanging on the wall anyway.
Panel separated from screen 5 days after purchase. I have always purchased heisense TV because they are economical and last a long time. Nothing is perfect in life so this just happened to be the one that was not perfect. All other TV’s were good.
I ordered this for delivery. I got a text a day later saying the delivery would be delayed 1-3 days. 3 days later, i got a text that said it was ready for pickup in the store. This was followed 1 minute later by a text that said I picked it up and was charged for the TV. (To be clear I did not pick up anything from walmart today, nor did I go to a walmart in person). I reached out to customer support. After explaining the above sentences to them, they tried to transfer me to the accounting department for a refund. That hung up on me. I tried contacting customer support again. 20 minutes later, they were going to transfer me to accounting again. I asked them to have accounting call my cell phone. They said they would fix the problem immediately in 1 to 3 days with that call back from accounting. Confidence is low that accounting will ever call me back. This has been a terrible transaction from the start. At every turn, Walmart has failed me. Is there a way to give zero stars?
TV screen was broke when I received it, I could not exchange TV per Walmart.com because it was no longer available. Walmart.com would not pay difference for me to get another one (which was $150.00 difference which was all that was available in 75 inch TV). Not my fault TV was broke.
It was broken when delivered and Wal Mart could not replace it. Completely botched the customer service.
