I love that it can make both. And it stays hot for a while and that it turns off by itself. Very easy to use. Even my daughter can use it and she is 5.

we love our Keurig Duo!! some friends told us about and we decided to replace our regular Keurig with this to allow us to make a pot or a single cup. It's great to have both options. wish the water tank was bigger but still love it.

I love this Keurig Duo! Very functional, space saver, fast brewing! The only downside i found is that the minimum amount of coffee to make for the carafe is 4 cups, which makes you use the kcup single brewer more than the carafe, besides that I love it!

I this is my Third KEIRIG, my first one is amazing, I actually took it to my office and it is still working after 10 years. My second KEURIG is a single or pot brew machine the single brew will not operate unless pressure is applied to the K cup lid, The third machine, also a single or pot brew machine was Disappointing. I Was expecting the color to be brushed chrome, but it looks more like a cheap gray Plastic. The black coffee pot is a mismatch with the gray machine.

Order this as a gift. Was told it would be in a wal-mart box. Also box was left on top of our milk box showing everyone that was interested that we just had a coffee pot delivered. I think this would be a big red flag not only to the person that was to receive this a a gift… but to any porch pirate!

when I'm am making a pot of coffee sometimes I have to unplug the pot in order to get the Cup selection lights to go on, when using the single cup after making two cups the power light will go off and I have to press power bottom again and then after I make two more cups of coffee again I have to turn the power on, overnight when the unit has been standing press power and will take almost 10 minutes to heat up before the cup selection buttons will come on, other times power light will go on and have to unplug to get the cup selection buttons to light up. Been using a single cup until since I was doing demonstration in Macy's . My first dual unit will be returning soon. Just waiting for Sunday to have the time.

this coffee pot worked good when u first got it, I had it for just a few days short of 6 months. got up this morning and it didn't work. no lights lit up, completely dead. so I guess this coffee pot is awesome for a short term use, but it's have loved it to last me at least a few years. it last me 5 months

I was sent a USED item in a beat up box! The most embarrassing purchase I have ever gotten! Shocking to receive something that should have been trash! I have never had that happen to me before! I don't know how a box and product like this got past employees in shipping. How didn't one single person stop this item from going out? Someone dropped the ball on their job!

I like the single serve after a carafe. Unfortunately the Keurig stopped working at exactly 123 days. Very disappointed, especially after paying $77. plus for it.

Keurig Unit was ordered the first part of Dec. 2024. When we went to try it, we followed the instructions and had to try several times, it would not work. We called the 800 %23 and talked to the Keurig rep ( Julie ) who walked us through the steps again and again it did not work. She told us to email a picture of the ser. %23 and invoice. This we did. Keurig is now telling us: 1. Serial %23 is not valid. 2. Proof of purchase is not valid. 3.Proof of purchase shows a purchase date outside of "our" 1-year warranty. 4. Proof of purchase states brewer was purchased "Used". 5. Proof of purchase is not from an authorized retailer. What is Walmart selling?
