Keurig Descale and Cleanse Starter Kit for Keurig Brewers

I have been using this Keurig for a week now. I love how it replaces two appliances on my counter top. I can make one cup for me or a whole pot for company. It's a wonderful addition to my coffee bar. It is simple and easy to use I love this double pot.

Easy to use. Instructions are a little sparse. Number of clear rinses were not clear and I used instructions for the liquid form of descale fir number of rinses. I used this on an older model which did not have a screen to see descale instructions.

everything from making a single cup of coffee to making a pot of coffee.. I like the options of the strength of the coffee or of I want to make iced coffee.

We use the Keurig de-scale and cleanse starter kit to make sure that what we can't see in our Keurig gets cleaned. Always worried about gunk building up in the tubes so this gives us a nice piece of mind that it cleans everything out. We rinsed it really well afterwards, so it did not affect taste. The water does seem to run a little easier so I think it cleans out the needles and those places we can't access. The instructions are easy to follow and the product is easy to use. One package to mix with the water and two pods. Very simple process.

It worked to descale my Kurig (even though I only use bottled water) and don't know exactly why it needs descaled. Problem is, the descale light is permanently on now, even with all the tips to get it to turn off. Others are having this issue as well...

hello sorry to my followers I've been ill but I'm back okay let's talk about this Keurig cleaner part of the directions for easy the other parts I couldn't understand so I went on YouTube and it helped me understand that I had to take my Keurig apart to clean my properly. Plus use the product I still highly recommend it because we got to have our coffee

I just the descaling and also the pod. I followed the instructions and put through 2 large cups with just water. Later I made a cup, it was terrible. I have now put through 4 large cups of just water. it still has an bad taste. I just did the 5th cup and finally it just tastes like water. That is a total of 6 large cups to rinse. Don't know if it clean everything but I will never use it again.

The product itself is a GREAT ONE but I ordered it thru my Walmart account %26 the smart delivery person dropped this item on my front porch during a blizzard %26 never knocked on my door to make someone aware that the item I paid for was there, delivered %26 sitting out in the bad weather. The cardboard box was soaked %26 crushed from the wet snow %26 wind %26 the items box was also ruined from the weather. Who delivers an electronic %26 leaves it out in the bad weather to be ruined before it's even used??!! It's ridiculous! I tried calling to the store delivery department but the phone just rang %26 rang. I've just decided to never use their services again! So needless to say I am not using this item incase it's damaged!! $100 down the drain!!

I ordered this to be delivered and was told that it was sold out the day it was supposed to be delivered. Next I received an email that I could pick it up at a Walmart 45 minutes away. Still waiting for my refund because I it got cancelled by the online bots.

I use double filtered water but I can't get the descale light to go off and sometimes it doesn't use enough water for the amount of coffee I choose.
