I had a $15 off promo code that wouldn’t work online to buy this slim keurig for my 85 year old mother who wanted a NÉW coffee pot. After calling customer service Marlon spent hour on the phone with me providing great care to get my discount applied accurately what an ordeal thou . Coffee pot was $54.97 including $10 delivery and taxes I paid $49 after discount . I have bought this same one last year Black Friday $29.88 it died in few weeks . Hers is updated and it arrived by 1:30 pm Sunday upon four hour window . Even thou I spent hours on phone to simply use a promo code for $15 I’m glad she’s happy with it and can make decent cup of coffee .slim design and water tank for more than jUs one 6 Oz cup . It has 3 cup sizes Tia is for small spaces . Prob coulda found it on market place for $20 but since roaches like to breed in them I went with new one for her instead . Don’t want to buy appliances used Incase of that issue . Since she’s 85 living in independent Apts for seniors it accommodates her space well.

Perfect for fresh coffee on demand! I also ordered a 4-pack of reusable pods and tiny paper filters that fit inside the pod to make my own. I sprinkle a dash if ground cinnamon into the bottom of the filter, add desired amount of coffee grounds, and brew the same as K-cup pods. Perfect product if you want to control the strength of your coffee or add herbs or flavorings. This little Keurig has functioned as well as a larger model. The water reservoir is smaller and situated on the side making it lighter weight to refill and more convenient to load back onto the unit.

I bought this for my wife as a gift and it more than met her expectations, she loved the sleek modern look , it comes in Red , Blue , Aqua , %26 Black, we chose Black because it matches our other countertop appliances, , it doesn’t take up hardly any space due to its slim , sleek space saving design , and it makes the very best coffee ,, just as good as takeout if not better , it uses various types of K-Cups, I got the StarBucks Pikes Peak , which she loves , but that’s for another review, but I DO Recommend this product to anyone looking for a new , inexpensive, single K-Cup Coffee Maker, you won’t be disappointed!

I just received our K express Keurig, coffee, brewer, and and pleased to say that I think it will make us a great addition to our enjoying coffee in the mornings. The only downside to this purchase is that it did not tell me that I needed to order the filtration kit separately.

I have an updated model with 5 holes to dispense the coffee, but many times the coffee tasted very “watery”. I decided to go back to a “basic” model, one without all of the “bells %26 whistles”. This model is compact, streamlined and holds enough water for 3-4 cups of strong coffee. I love it!

I got this because we were tight on money and my old keurig died after many years of use. I also liked the compact design since our kitchen counter space is very limited in our apartment. My absolute only issue with this machine is that it consistently tells me to add water when it’s already 3/4 of the way full (like pictured), sometimes I have to shake the machine or unplug it and plug it back in again, I’m assuming is a sensor issue or something. Even though that’s the only issue I have I still would not recommend it or repurchase.

I purchased this plastic single serve Keurig coffee maker and it quit working after 5 months. Can't return to store since it has been over 90 days. Purchased the extended warranty and they will only cover expenses after owning 1 year and to contact the Manufacturer. How do you contact the Manufacturer??

This keurig was only able to make 2 cups of coffee before it was no longer able to get the water through a keurig pot. I used it for 2 hours before I placed an order for a new one. I can’t believe a company with such a big name would put their name on such a horribly made product. I wish there was a way of returning this product.

This product was used!!! Gave it to my daughter for Christmas! She took it out of the box and it was used multiple times. So gross!!! Will be returning this!!!!

This machine has a flawed design. When inserting the k cup you must push the cup down on the lower spike to puncture the cup. Just placing the k cup in the holder and closing the lid will almost invariably cause the rubber grommet around the upper spike to rupture the top of the cup. This dime-sized rupture allows coffee to come out of the top and makes a mess, not to mention wasting a k cup. The reservoir is quite small. I felt like I had to fill it up multiple times a morning. My recommendation is to shop around. When it works it works fine
