I was supposed to have two bottles in package and the was only one. The cellophane wrap had been open . Walmart either owes me a refund or sends another bottle.

Too expensive and ineffective.
This solution appears to do nothing. I followed the instructions and used the entire first bottle. I still get the 'descale' message. I'll probably use the second bottle just to get rid of it. Even if the second bottle succeeds in turning off the 'descale' message I'll probably go back to using cleaning vinegar. This product is too expensive and ineffective.
