Keurig K-Supreme Black Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker

I like having the water reservoir on the side instead of the back, but am not a big fan of the filter system in the middle of the unit. It just seems in the way %26 troublesome. I love that the measurements seem to be more true to form - 12 oz is 12 oz! Usually it's a guessing game %26 you overfill or underfill your cup. So far I'm pleased %26 this is my third unit.

Love the design of this model. Easy to remove, fill and replace. I do think this brand is more expensive, but it's a dependable one. I still think they could come down on the price.

This is my 3rd Keurig coffee maker and my favorite! The water container has a handle so is much easier to fill and use. I also noticed this machine makes a cup of coffee much faster than the others that I had. It's ready to brew in seconds after turning on!

The main factor in choosing this model was the 78 oz reservoir. I got tired of filling the old 40 oz. wraparound reservoir every other day. I also like the ability to brew a 12 oz. cup of coffee. (10 ozs. was the largest our old model would brew). I also like the handle on the reservoir which makes it easier to grasp and hold. If you use filtered water from the front of your frig to make coffee, you'll need to use a pitcher for this reservoir. It's too tall to fill more than halfway. This model seems quieter as well.

I have been a Keurig user off and on for a long time now. I prefer the reusable brew basket but they never hold the right amount of coffee. This one looks very nice and is just as easy to use as my last one, but something about it kinda sucks. I can't quite put my finger on it but I preferred my old Keurig classic. Pumps water much slower, it will shut off if you pack too much coffee in the reusable brew basket, and the pump on it sounds like it dying. It is much more quiet and the new style pump seems variable speed it just sounds sad. I like it for the look at the machine but I wouldn't recommend this specific one because of the price and unmemorable coffee making experience it provides.

I had this coffee maker for 7 months and it broke. I went to use it and after hitting “start”, and the whole thing shut off. The back of the machine was hot to the touch and smelled of burnt plastic. It did not turn back on after unplugging it and plugging back in. Very disappointing that it didn't even come close to lasting a year for the price. I only used it daily for about 3 1/2 months and then used it about 5 times a month as I was traveling often for work. Will not recommend to anyone.

I had a high dollar Keurig. Worked great until it didn't. Bought the $100 Keurig - not the cheapest. Everything looked good. However, sometimes it would produce the coffee in a simple stream into the cup. AND sometimes it would spew coffee some in the cup and some outside of it. Some of the coffee would be in the Kcup holder, creating a mess. I tried to work with it but never got it to work right every time.

I purchased this brewer in Dec 2024. Before the first year was up the thermal fuse had tripped and I had to use my warranty to get a replacement. Now, March 2026 the thermal fuse has tripped yet again and the machine had smoke billowing out the top of it. Save your money and buy a different model or another brand all together.

this is our second maker of this model. Both work for a couple weeks then start shutting off after about 1 oz and eventually won't run at all. will be returning for a refund

This is the 4th Kuerig Supreme that I was forced to buy, even though I only had the previous one for 6 months. It was a replacement that failed, as did the previous one, as did the previous one. I have no problem with them when they are working but they have only been averaging 6 months before they breakdown and become unrepairable (as per the instructions on the website). We are only 2 people in the household and we average 4 to 5 cups per day. In my case, Kuerig wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty because the one that broke was a replacement.
