Keurig K-Supreme Black Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker

Love the design of this model. Easy to remove, fill and replace. I do think this brand is more expensive, but it's a dependable one. I still think they could come down on the price.

Since my purchase of the Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker I'm very impressed with its quality. The single cup coffee brews to perfection. The water container is very simple to refill and I can see the level of water remaining. I am 100% satisfied. Great new product.

I love this Keurig. It's fast to heat up, and the pitcher's handle makes it so easy to refill. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the replacement under warranty. We did some troubleshooting, and then I just had to supply my receipt and a photo of the S/N label -- I had the new one and hot coffee in 4 or 5 days. Thank you for standing by your product!

This is my 3rd Keurig coffee maker and my favorite! The water container has a handle so is much easier to fill and use. I also noticed this machine makes a cup of coffee much faster than the others that I had. It's ready to brew in seconds after turning on!

I love my K-Supreme, looks, functionality, flexibility. The only thing I would change is the black cord on a totally white machine. It messes with my flow of white and gray. The black cord really stands out in not a good way. Otherwise excellent in all areas.

This is the 4th Kuerig Supreme that I was forced to buy, even though I only had the previous one for 6 months. It was a replacement that failed, as did the previous one, as did the previous one. I have no problem with them when they are working but they have only been averaging 6 months before they breakdown and become unrepairable (as per the instructions on the website). We are only 2 people in the household and we average 4 to 5 cups per day. In my case, Kuerig wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty because the one that broke was a replacement.

I had a high dollar Keurig. Worked great until it didn't. Bought the $100 Keurig - not the cheapest. Everything looked good. However, sometimes it would produce the coffee in a simple stream into the cup. AND sometimes it would spew coffee some in the cup and some outside of it. Some of the coffee would be in the Kcup holder, creating a mess. I tried to work with it but never got it to work right every time.

I purchased this brewer in Dec 2024. Before the first year was up the thermal fuse had tripped and I had to use my warranty to get a replacement. Now, March 2026 the thermal fuse has tripped yet again and the machine had smoke billowing out the top of it. Save your money and buy a different model or another brand all together.

They will write on the box that you are purchasing a Keurig K-Supreme but it is not written anywhere on the machine itself. What they write is K910. Further more, I created the account to ensure I can find the correct model.. .guess what... the site doesn't tell me what model I registered.. only the serial number. Furthermore, if you buy their universal pod so you can grind your own coffee... well, the Keurig universal pod drips all over the side of the pod. It doesn't just come out the bottom even when properly sealed. Dont try to read support... nothing written but if you ask Chat GPT... it will tell you that it is likely that your coffee is too fine for the universal pod. This is the last time I ever buy Keurig.

The concept is good, but since we only use our own ground coffee and paper liner filters, this model was useless to us. The Keira pod adapter doesn't fit and there are no paper filters that fit this machine. Putting grounds directly into and adaptor pod is incredibly messy and not worth the work to clean. When I called to get a return authorization, the agent said they would send me a prepaid label as an exception to their standard of having the customer pay for the return since I have been purchasing Keurigs for years. The company then did not honor this and insisted that I must pay for the return, which is cost prohibitive compared to the cost of the Keurig. After a couple of emails back and forth, I asked them to elevate my request and stand by the word of their agent, they ghosted me. I find this incredibly disappointing and frankly, dishonest. I would not recommend any Keurig products at this point.
