Love our new Keurig K Supreme. It is compact, taking up less counter space, but holds more water. Works as beautifully as we expected from a Keurig.

When I shared how long I had purchased the unit they replaced it right away. The person I dealt with was professional and could not do enough.

Sooo many coffee makers to choose from but I wanted a small one with minimal “bells & whistles”. Finally settled with the K-Supreme Single. Very pleased with choice.

The coffee serves at a good temp and the canister holds lots of water. I chose white because all my counter items are white. However, keep in mind coffee is brown and be prepared to wipe it down and empty the bottom tray after every use. Also, they put a black plug in cord on the white machine. Its like putting a white plug on a black machine. Not the best idea. I am glad I bought it, however. No regrets.

So far this coffee maker works very well. Easy to setup and add water and produces instant hot fresh coffee. Works well with no issues so far. The only thing I noticed tis that when you put in the K-Cup and close the lid there is a space and looks like it doesn't close all the way. But no leaks and make coffee fine.

It was easy to assemble , however originally I thought I received a defective unit. Bc when I placed a K cup in it for my first brew the lid/ handle part didn't close all the way. As soon as I removed the K cup/ pod it closed all the way. Wish this was explained or showed on the tutorials to prevent concerns.

The cover does not close properly, the bottom is unbalanced. It does not sit flat on a flat surface.

In most respects, I really like this coffee maker, and I use it a lot (brews ~8 cups daily.) I purchased a second one for my daughter I liked it so much. I like the flexible brew size options and the fact it doesn't have to be preheated to brew. The water capacity is also great and doesn't require refilling constantly. My issue has been that I have now replaced this model 3 times on warranty in the last year. There is an internal sensor that trips if the unit starts to overheat, usually due to not pumping water, and there is not way to reset this without dismantling the entire casing. I greatly appreciate that Keurig has been very easy to deal with to process the warranty replacements, but I also hope they can fix the design issue that cause the model to fail.

The replacement product is just as bad as the first one. The problem isn't so much the machine as it is with the coffee pods from green Mountain coffee. The foil on top of the pod is so thin that when the five holes are punched in the top it splits the foil and the grounds and water come out and go all over. Every time I make coffee I have to do a rinse. I have been a long time user of Keurig products, lately the 2.0 model. The pump failed and they don't make this model anymore. It was a good workhorse.
