Very easy to use. Same basic modes we've come to expect from similar models, and much more powerful than Quip or anything you can get in-store at this price. Changing brush heads is very simple - just pull off the old one and shove on the new one. There's a little gap at the bottom of the brush head, which the instructions say is on purpose, which gives it a cheaper feel but doesn't seem to negatively impact performance. My previous similar brushes all had to screw on the head and it would take a lot of effort. It doesn't come with a charging base or wall wart, but in our house we already have way too many of those anyway, and it does come with the USB cable. It also comes with a stick-on holder that you can attach to glass or tile that then holds the brush by the brush head, but I've not tried that because I don't have a suitable surface in my bathroom. It stands up just fine on the counter.

I've had this product for almost a year and it works flawlessly. It's not complicated. Battery life excellent. I'll buy another when this one wears out.

We absolutely love them for our family. I love how they have a timer and all the different settings and how many brushes come with it.

I actually bought two of these. Vibration is super strong and the rhythm feel great on gums and leaves teeth feeling clean!

Bought this for my 10 year old. He likes it a lot. He is less fussy about brushing with this, and I taught him how to use it properly

I have only used this for a week so I can't really rate it honestly yet. It is holding a charge and working fine at this time.

Design on this is horrible. Brush head vibrate out while trying to brush, have to repeatedly push it back in and vibration setting is right where you hold the brush so your fingers are either hitting the power button or constantly changing the setting. Not a fan!

I'm so disappointed in these toothbrushes. I purchased 3 and none of them work! They make a really loud noise, but that is it. I wish I had never wanted my money! I thought maybe they needed to be charged so I charged 2 of the 3 I purchased and that allowed the noise to be louder, but still does nothing.

I would not recommend this toothbrush. No power and the brush head was very cheap.
