Perfect!
I purchased this needle to mend my daughters sweater after catching the sleeve in a tree limb. I chose a darning thread and doubled it. This needle had the perfect eye for the thread. My daughter lives out of town, so it took me a while to get there. This needle was easy to work with and being non-metal, felt good in my hands. The mending was quick and looked perfect when done. I would highly recommend the needle for jobs with thicker threads, even yarns.
