These are perfect for last minute starch add-ons. If we forget to start the rice maker or just need a small portion, boom, these little cups are great.

You pay more for the convenience of portioned size and microwaving. Normally I don't get white rice as I am on Weight Watchers, and rice is high points. Needed low-fiber food to prepare for a colonoscopy, and this worked well. Add a hefty dose of low-salt soy sauce, and it makes a good side dish.

I purchased these as I am facing knee replacement surgery and need quick meals as I will be alone and unable to cook a full meal. I will add these to other items to be a meal….. It tastes good alone also. They are in microwave plastic cups which of course has microplastics. You can take the rice out of the plastic cups which and heat in a glass container with the rest of your meal.

family is big rice over...esp microwave convenience...so will be on groc reorder permanently. i grew up on minute rice so keeping favorite in family and into retirement years! the individual serving cups are perfect size for family use. will recommend forever.

Easy to cook rice cup but the portions are smaller than I like. It’s great size for a child though.

We buy this rice all the time in the big box but I was trying to save time and got these little cups and my youngest said it tasted horrible. I did not believe her at 1st because she is a picky eater but after trying it she was absolutely right and the taste is totally different than the old fashion box of the exact same rice. Not worth the convenience! I would recommend just buying the big box

I have eaten Minute Rice most of my life and this version is the worst rice I’ve ever had. I couldn’t get past the smell and the color is off putting as well. So disappointing from a trusted brand

this shouldn't even be considered food 🤢... I was thinking, how do they keep cooked rice safe for consumption...and realized,they just satuate with putrid oil . so disappointed as I would love a quick option

Oh Yuck. I was hoping this would work out. I wanted a quick easy lazy way of grabbing a snack. This was horrible. It smelled funny. was slimy, and tasted terrible. Nothing like the regular minute rice at all.

I placed my order for 10 packages of the white minute rice but I received only 6 of the white rice. The balance of 4 packages were Jasmine rice.....not what I wanted. I believe I marked this item as no substitution. Why give the option of requesting no substitution if it is not going to be honored ?
