We really enjoy the instant rice. My husband and I are in our 80s and so I just take one container and split it into two and pour a sauce and meat over it and we have a meal.

Easy to cook rice cup but the portions are smaller than I like. It’s great size for a child though.

I love rice… and not having to boil the water and wait for it to be done is great. 👍🏼 But- some of these little tubs are hard packed and one has to “chop” the rice up to get it to cook properly in the microwave. It’s a real pain to do this… but it’s better than having big, hard clumps of icky rice. 🍚 The texture isn’t quite the same as what one makes on the stove, but it’s yummy enough to be a substitute. Convenience is a huge plus with this, so if one is in a hurry or just plain “hangry”, get some. It’s only one minute in the microwave… and one can’t beat that compared to the standard way of cooking rice! 😋

I have eaten Minute Rice most of my life and this version is the worst rice I’ve ever had. I couldn’t get past the smell and the color is off putting as well. So disappointing from a trusted brand

Oh Yuck. I was hoping this would work out. I wanted a quick easy lazy way of grabbing a snack. This was horrible. It smelled funny. was slimy, and tasted terrible. Nothing like the regular minute rice at all.

this shouldn't even be considered food 🤢... I was thinking, how do they keep cooked rice safe for consumption...and realized,they just satuate with putrid oil . so disappointed as I would love a quick option
