The regular brown gravy mix was out, so I got the next best thing. Being "great value" I wasn't expecting much from past experience. Much to my surprise, it actually turned out better. Boiled up very nice and in less time then the other gravy. For being $.48 I learned more expensive is not always a better buy😉 I recommend this gravy.

So glad i bought GV brand and saved money, i try to save where i can especially now and some bramd names aren't as good. I actually like this GV gravy more than brand because to don't taste as salty. So easy to make, just stir in cold water and cook till boil, i make pork chops and pour this over the mashed potatoes, definitely gonna keep extra packs in my pantry, also use this in my Mississippi pot roast

Great Value Brown Gravy Mix, 0.87 oz Great choice when you aren't a regular cook and therefore don't keep regular staples on hand like flour, sugar, cornstarch, onion mix, potatoes, biscuits, seasonings, etc. Easy and cheap. Pair it with some beef tips and rice or egg noodles in the crock pot and it is heavenly! Yum! Thank you!

Very similar idea to other gravy mixes, just with a slightly different flavor profile. This one works great with beef dishes. I like to add it to a roast in the slow cooker, and it really brings everything together. It helps create a rich, flavorful gravy with almost no extra effort. Simple, affordable, and a great way to boost flavor in an easy meal. Definitely one I keep on hand.

Excellent to someone who can cook and make Gravies and Rogues. I've seen them used along with "From Scratch" for volume and as a thickener. Again, WE are the ones who embellish the dish. Thank You!

Don't let the price fool you.. This is by far the best gravy mix. The only one I will buy and the price is unbelievable. The gravy has a wonderful taste and so smooth and never lumpy. This is an A

It's a good product that takes all the work out of making good gravy. I use it and the great value turkey gravy all the time. I even use the turkey gravy at Thanksgiving and no one notices that it is not made for scratch.

What a bargain. This gravy tastes great, and it's super easy to make. I use it in recipes or to top rice or potatoes. Everyone in my family loves it. It's good over burger patties with some mushrooms and swiss cheese. Yummy 😋

sometimes the generic item doesn't measure up that is the case with this gravy. the prep work and time is not easy and no matter what we do it always clumps up

this is not good. gravy I bought it several times now because I was in a pinch because money was tight or because that was my only option on the shelf but it's not good at all
