Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10.5 oz Can

I try to keep many cans on stock. It is good for anything you cook, especially soups, and I would I make a chuck roast. I stuffed my roast with garlic fresh garlic. I use a can of French onion soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup and cover it tightly with foil bake it for about 3 1/2 hours ohthat gravy is scrumptious delicious.

What can I say? I started cooking for my family in the 70's... Put a can of this in a crockpot with some meat on low. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onions, a little salt and pepper and voila! You have a meal. I've tried the generic brands and have to say, "Pay the extra 30 cents". This is one product that has no rival.

this is one of my favorite canned soups by Campbell's. I have been eating this soup since the 1960's when I lived at home with my parents. the company is reliable. you can eat it alone with crackers or bread. I usually buy it to prepare the many casseroles I make in a 9 x13 baking dish such as green bean casserole or ground beef, chicken, rice. and noodle dishes. sometimes, you just don't have time so Campbell's offers many shortcuts with this cream of mushroom soup. it is always a crowd pleaser.

For me the sodium level is good; and I used the Cream of Mushroom soup for a great recipe called King Ranch Chicken...this in combination with a can of Cream Of Chicken...we ate this delicious casserole for dinner and then again for dinner. It's also good for lunch. I don't think I would like this on fries - I've never thought about using it as a dip.

I've been eating Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup since the early 70s. Half a can was usually my afternoon snack. Nowadays I cook with it often. I make green bean casserole, crockpot roast, cowboy casserole, and more. I like it better than some other soups because it isn't as salty, and the sodium isn't bad. On rainy or cold days I have it for lunch. Even my children and grandchildren who don't like mushrooms find it yummy. I think the value is good, especially with all the food prices increasing.

Oh this is a favorite of mine. I never use a whole can of water or milk if I’m just eating it straight up, which I love. It’s not just to use in cooking with, it is a delicious soup in a pinch. Warm and tasty plain or with crackers.

Campbell’s mushroom soup is a must for the cupboard. In a pinch, you can boil some noodles or rice, add the soup with a little milk and a little ground beef or leftover chicken and you have a delicious and hearty homemade entree. The heart healthy version lowers calories and sodium.

One of the favorites is rolling up, homemade meatballs, and using this cream of mushroom soup for the gravy. It’s consistent with flavor and creaminess.. It’s rich in flavor always performs well. I add a little bit of water rinsing out the can when making the meatballs., some people like to use milk I like water. This product has enough cream. It comes out perfect even in a crockpot., the meatballs and gravy are always fabulous. I wouldn’t recommend you do not salt until you taste., I believe it has plenty of seasoning as is out of can. Good for assorted chicken dishes, and casseroles.. of course everyone’s favorite green bean casserole perfection each time with this product. We always make sure we have at least six cans in the pantry..

Although the price has gone up horribly, Campbell's is still the best mushroom soup. Yes, it's salty, but it's an easy addition to other dishes that need some kind of sauce or gravy. Mushroom soup is an alternative. I used to eat this as a kid -- a bowl of mushroom soup on a cold day. I loved it. It is mushroomy and not just a gray paste.

Have been using Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 20 yrs. It has the perfect balance of flavors. The only reason I vave 4 stars is there's not as many chopped mushro I ms now. As with everything, price. goes up %26 "some" quality goes down. Even so,, the flavor a want is still there. I havenxt found a vetter Cream of Mushroom soup in all these yrs. I highly recommend this soup !
