Do not buy ink from Inkjets.com! They are fraudulent enterprise and I learned that the hard way. After spending $43 with them and ending up with ink cartridges that were not recognized by my Epson WF-3820 printer, I figured I would get these because I could actually return them to a store if they didn't work. But to my pleasant surprise they did work (at least the 2 cartridges that I have replaced so far) and they were much cheaper than the ones I purchased from Inkjets.com.
Had updated firmware a short time ago but cartridges were accepted and worked beautifully in my Epson 3820 WF.
Is not and doesn't look like anything I ordered. See picture attached. I am trying to use it and just hope it works for what I need. Did not arrive in a timely manner.
These are NOT Epson ink cartridges like it shows in the photo. They are after market things from China that will not work in your printer. Do you see the word "compatible" in the description ? I wish I had noticed that. Junk. There's a reason these are priced as they are.
Outer box opened. Item was supposed to contain ink: 1-Cyan, 1 magenta, 1 yellow, 1 black XL. Items inside were: 2-Magenta, 2-yellow, 1 Cyan and NO BLACK. So frustrating. On the duplicate colors, they weren't even the exact same item!
The ink leaked inside and outside the box. I brought two and didn't bother to unpack the second. Returning both.
the ink doesn't work. CAN'T READ WHAT IS COPIED. I want the original product. THAT I ORDERED NOT SOME CHEAP ONE. I WANT THE ORIGINAL SET OF INK!
does not eork in the Epson printer. will shut it down!
Received pre delivery notice from supplier that this particular item may not work in my unit. And sure enough, it was leaking and after installing the cartridges my EPSON Workforce would not print. I contacted the seller through their email and they said my account at Walmart would be credited. I have not seen that credit and would like to know how to proceed.
I put cartridges in printer - the printer, did the alignment, it worked fine but I just did an update for the printer and it wouldn't recognize the cartridges. I took them out and reinserted them and still not working! ~Sharon Friesen~
