Honestly it's incredible. I had to quickly replace an HP printer that I got on Amazon and has been ***** since I bought it. This printer is amazing and the way it just arrived. Like Xmas really. Super pleased. Setup was a breeze. Impressed truly

this one replaces the same one i had for 10 years, so yes had to buy again. my only complaint is that it came with a shorter cable from printer to pc tower. the print pages are crisp and gorgeous. the only problem i have had is that it says out of paper when the bottom one has more.

Can't give a rating on “battery life” because it plugs into an outlet. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with the performance, quality, and print quality. I've been using HP printers for years and been satisfied with, but this Epson blows HP out of the water in my opinion

The only item is the cost of ink cartridges. They are at minimum 1/3 more in cost of other Epson printers with cartridge style printers. Time will only show pages printed to offset the cost. This is an excellent printer for small business or work at home printer.

This printer is the easiest to install I have ever owned. Print is fast and very clear. Ink is expensive but seems to last a good while. Occasionally, it disconnects from my router, but all it takes to reconnect is a restart of the printer. I can live with it. I got it on sale at a good price.

I really like the printer; the only issue was the software installation. I had a little trouble with the software installation and ended up with 2 separate files with software. For one example, one folder had both the "Epson Scan 2" and "Epson Scan 2 Utility" software and one program works, and the other one doesn't - but why? Otherwise, bravo! Nice printer!

The install when well but it did not connect to the internet, COX. The service department at Epson did give me a link and it didn't work. But overnight the computer and the printer got together and made it work. At one point Walmart said to return it. That would be the wrong thing to do. Check with the service department for good advise.

It sucks up multiple pieces of paper and messes them up. The ink runs out super fast. It jams constantly. It does print fast when it does it right. Instructions were very clear. I wouldn't buy it again though. It wastes more paper than it actually prints.

DO NOT BUY EPSON. They are following the same path as HP and forcing you to buy ONLY their brand of ink at high prices. They have a “chip” on each ink cartridge and if it's not your brand the cartridge is not recognized and you will NOT be able to print. Get a brother or Canon now. We can only stop this abuse of their customers by refusing to purchase ANY of their products. I'M THROWING MINE OUT!

We've had this printer for 6 months and only had problems with it. It says it's printing but usually doesn't and on the rare occasion it does print, it take 15 minutes for a single page. We finally gave up and bought another new printer. Very disappointing as it wasn't cheap.
