With the new EPSON update the WorkForce Pro WF-4830 printer no longer takes any off brand ink. They do not register with the devices and the printer acts as if the cartridge doesn't exist. I was able to use them briefly until I updated the printer. Even if you do a print head cleaning and all the other things they still do not work.
Not one of the cartridges was recognized by my Epson printer even after trying all the suggestions. I had ordered them as backup so by the time I had to replace a cartridge, it was too late to return them. A complete waste of money. Stick to the Epson brand. I learned an expensive lesson.
These don't work in my printer. They are the proper size and type, but my Epson printer identifies them as 'unknown' and won't work with them. The instructions that came with them recommend e-mailing their support if that happens. I e-mailed them and never received a response.
These inks are NOT COMPATIBLE with the EPSON Workforce Pro printer as advertised The inks ran out of the cartridges Will Never Buy Again Your company should be ashamed of yourselves.
It will not work in the machine I own even though it says it will. I did not read the reviews before I purchased it and they all say that since the Epson update they no longer work. I did not open the package to see. They need to be returned.
This is second time I have gotten there Epson 822 cartridges and they do not work. They have a email for tech support but no one responds to your email. They are selling junk and I will make sure I don't purchase from them again.
These cartridges are not recognizable by the printer. They look just like the Epson cartridges but lack the bar code to label them as authentic Epson ink. Real pain.
My printer, which these are supposed to compatible with, will not recognize them. I paid a lot of money for the xl 822 cartridges and now my printer will not recognize them and I have no way to contact anyone.
The colored ink cartridges are not compatible with the workforce 3820 as indicated on the package or the product information.
