So far this has been an excellent AIO printer. The dual trays and full duplex printing/copying capabilities make a difference for my needs. the 822-series cartridges produce good results, are bright and efficient. This appears to be a high-value purchase. I hope it holds up over time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Finally, a Printer That Doesn't Need Counseling I've owned enough printers over the years to know they're usually one paper jam away from becoming yard decorations. This Epson, however, has managed to stay off my "things that make me cuss" list. It prints exactly like it's supposed to, and the scanner is where it really shines. The automatic document feeder scans both sides of the page at the same time, so you're not standing there flipping pages like you're dealing cards in Vegas. Is it as fast as a giant office copier? No. But unless you're scanning stacks of paperwork every single day, it's more than fast enough. I've scanned hundreds of pages of legal paperwork, and it handled the job far better than I expected for a printer in this price range. For the money, this thing is an absolute bargain. It does what it's supposed to do, doesn't constantly argue with me, and most importantly... it has dramatically reduced the amount of colorful language coming from my home office. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. I probably won't have to, because this thing has been rock solid. But I wouldn't hesitate to buy one as a gift for someone else... especially if they're currently in a toxic relationship with their printer.

Great Printer so far. Been a diehard HP user for years but also knew Epson made a great product. When my recent HP printer purchase did not live up to my expectations, decided to give Epson a try again. My First Epson was a stylus back in this 1990s. The colors are vibrant, 2 sided scans, 2-sided prints, double tray for a full ream of 20# paper and all at a reasonable price. Ink pricing is also better than HP. May go for the eco-tank version next time if this printer continues to live up to my expectations. Happy with the purchase!

I've always been an HP girl so I stepped a little bit outside of my zone but I love this I honestly love it more than my age pay it took me a minute to use it because I didn't think I needed to read the directions I did have to look at it real quick but other than that it's great I love it

So far, the printer has worked very well. It's fast and accurate. The price was very reasonable and we loved the free shipping. I love the Wi-Fi access to it. I wish the ink cartridges were cheaper. I would recommend it to a friend. I've always had good results with Epson Printers. This is my third.

A lot faster than our Canon printers. Easy to set up, holds a lot of paper and does a great job of printing. Trays are easy to load and adjust for paper size, Have not a use for the fax feature so can not comment on that. Automatically shifts between tray with letter size paper and tray with envelopes. Holds more ink than the Canon also.

This is the perfect home work assistant. In my view, epson applied highly sophisticated vision and technology to create absolute simplicity.

Printer is so-so. Has many functions. However...has problems pulling paper when the paper tray is low, will pull several sheets. Also, ink costs is ridiculous as you can't use refilled or generic cartridges as Epson sends mandatory updates blocking refilled and generic cartridges. The four Epson cartridges cost almost 1/2 the cost of a new printer; guess that's just Epson's business model.

Have to return this one, 2nd one, defective ..wont turn on .plugged in good and verified outlet ..It just refuses... And just before this..it refused to find the wifi ..no trouble wit the tablets and smart phones clear across the house!

ink is outrageously expensive. each software/firmware update stops more non-epson ink from working.
