Just what the Doctor Ordered, I will order from them if i shall need anymore or different supplies.

HP has a firmware that's designed to keep you from using generic/ third-party ink cartridges. However, if you do a factory reset on your print, these ink cartridges work just fine. I have an HP office jet pro 6978, and they went right in and prints as good as the HP ink cartridges.

I was disappointed that the cartridges were remanufactured and not the original cartridges. Some HP printers do not accept remanufactured cartridges. Mine did, but the printer messaged me that the cartridges were not genuine and the printing quality was not the same. The price was great, however, the product was not advertised as expected.

This is NOT what I received. I have ordered this twice and been sent an off brand. My printer will not work with the off brand. I’m stuck with the other one because I opened it all up and tried to use in my printer. This new one is also useless.

I ordered this ink and a pinch for my HP printer, and it will not use the color cartridges. They don't print it all. And you need them so my grandson can finish his school and jump into summer. The black ink is working with the colored ink cartridges, all three of them are not.

i put cartridge in my orinter they did not work. with black cartridge i couldn't get cartridge carrir to move. a wasted $25. i ended up ordering a genuine hp black and reinstalled the old color cartridges. will never order that again i trash canned them, as u had already opened and ins

My printer takes 902 ink yet This product was rejected by my printer as in authentic. I had to return it. I accidentally bought it a second time and had to return that one also.

The black ink exploded everywhere and I can't get it out of my printer. My printer will print but now I get black streaks on everything and my hands were black for multiple days from the ink that even nail policy remover couldn't get off.

FRAUDULENT item. IT DOES NOT WORK WITH HP. Whatever is supposed to be ink appears to be colored kool aid, sorry Kool Aid. No chip to work with printer

We keep extra ink on hand. So when I inserted the ink that I had on hand into my printer, I ordered this one I recently just put it in the printer and the yellow cartridge does not work. I don’t have the box so I sent a message to the seller, which was never answered so anything I have to print now Until my new comes. The colors are off. I had some savings buying this cartridge, but it’s not worth it if one of them doesn’t work.
