Idk yet if it's doing it's alleged job but my hairdresser, an older lady with thinning hair swears by it for her and her husband (she says she stays at the chain salon just for the shampoo discount). This is by far the best price for this giant sized duo. The shampoo is very stripping but the conditioner leaves my hair silky- the weight is just right and doesn't feel heavy. The mint feels so amazing on my scalp I could just swim my whole body in it.

I've used this product for a long time but didn't know walmart carried it. I was pleasantly surprised to find it online and it was less expensive than where I previously bought it. Fast delivery too

Hello, I ordered 2 pairs of shampoo and conditioner since May and tried returning them since these items did not match the image on the Walmart website. The customer service team emailed back and said that despite a different exterior appearance in labeling, it is still the same product. My mother used it and it actually made her hair worse and more frizzy. We would like to return one pair of the shampoo and conditioner and get a refund. Thank you.
