I tested it through some thick paper and an envelope, sliced through like butter. I also tried the card stock it came on which is much thicker than what it is made for, I did have to hold it still as it wanted to slide instead of cut, but did go through it with a nice clean edge. I used to have one of the very large paper cutters like teachers use, so to find this and see how quickly it works it great. Plan on using with kids to make the long ring chains, this will make it much more fun! This would be a great add for scrap bookers

Does a fine job cutting through the large 12 x 12 scrapbook paper i have. needed smaller sizes for my journal. slices through a small stack of paper as if it were a tissue

this does not feel light weight. it has a firm feeling to it. cuts smooth

Product is a perfect size, good quality and blade is very sharp.

Pretty good. Just need to not do too many sheets at a time.

If you're cutting just one paper, it tears it at the end. It doesn't cut the whole paper.

I cannot get the handle up to cut anything. No instructions, no release handle or latching device to lock blade. Right now it is locked down, so I cannot use it. It may be a great cutter but as of now it can't be used.

I was excited about ordering it, but that quickly ended when I used it. It doesn't cut right. 3/4 of the way down it stops cutting! Looking at returning it.

I did not receive this item. Wal Mart needs to improve its delivery system.
