Much less effort required to engage compared to traditional staplers. Since I use the stapler very often in my job, it makes a major difference in keeping my hand and fingers from not getting sore. Nice design and holds an extra full strip of staples too in the clever storage space.
This stapler is much better than the old one I've had 30 years! It holds more staples and works without much pressure. I did have to go to YouTube to learn how to load the staples though.
I like the staple storage and sleek design. Perk that it stands upright! And love the soft touch, I don't have to squeeze hard to get it to staple...big bonus!
Clack noise is annoying when it staples and is sensitive to stapling over other staples but does the job if your using for light stacks
This is the best stapler I have ever used. It goes thru cardboard with ease and a large stack of paper. I have bought several for work gifts because I love it so much.
Decent stapler for the money. I like how you can store extra staples underneath the stapler-very convenient. Might be a little to lightweight for stapling my coin flips as they might be a tad thick for this stapler but most of the times works fine. Would be a good stapler for most lightweight office projects however.
Does the job and works for its purpose. When pushing it down there is a gap so you have a moment where there is nothing happening and then you feel the pressure and release of the staple.
I have bought two of these, and both of them stopped working within 5 months with the same issue. After I stapled a paper, it would not reset to staple again. I've tried everything. Nothing looks broken or out of place. I love the spring action because my hands no longer have a good grip. I won't be ordering another one from this company. It's not worth losing 35 bucks each time it breaks.
. Being an admin, I have been exposed to numerous staplers. I have used this one probably 6 times. It stapled the few pages I had with no issues. What I find truly annoying is the sound it makes either each and every stapling. OMG! Not a small, muffled click. A loud obnoxious click! It got on my nerves so I went and found another stapler I have to finish. Probably will donate so it can be someone else's annoyance. You will find the staples in the bottom and when you insert them, you have to make sure you turn them the right way. A bit more than I care to deal with. With all of that, my best advice is to pick another one.
i bought this Bostitch one-touch stapler online. the design looked promising with one touch very easily depressing the stapler. i ran into issues loading the staples. the instructions are just line drawing picture on front of package. the stapler easily opens but i found the staples kept falling out. i looked up loading the staples online and it said to load them with the pointy legs facing up. i tried that but when i tried it the paper did not get stapled. the staples still fall out. there was a metal piece which i believe is meant to grab the spring, but the piece is not connected to the stapler. that piece also fell out and the spring is not connected to anything. i tried but i can't figure out how to put this back together. It's possible if i ordered again i would get a working stapler, but i cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
