this thing has been awesome for me. i have neck and rib issues and this has helped me be able to help me work out and not hurt as bad. and Man does it work u out. i love i can also work my legs. ive found different ways to utilize it. it also dont take up much space, which is super helpful.

This is a great way to spend money efficiently and effectively all in one workout equipment that replaced my total gym and my bulky workout station and ab compressor combined with a affordable price GREAT DEAL!!!!
