Does all it says it will and then some
I gave this as a gift to someone who has had a lot of injuries and exercises, and he swears by it, he also uses it to lay on to work on his motorcycles.

it's a little more expensive mat . it is worth it ! super thick long enough . really met my expectations ! first exercise mat I ever bought my life. I'm glad I got it. it's a great mat. if you buy one you will not be disappointed 🫶🏻

This is a comfortable and supportive mat. it grips and stays in place doing exercises. love the look and high quality. yes, i highly recommend this item.

This May is just right
This mat is just the right thickness without being too squishy. It's got some support to it so you don't just sink into it. The strap is a nice bonus when you want to take your workout elsewhere. If you need some cushion AND support in a mat, this is for you.

Very strong smell
The smell was so strong I couldn't keep it in the room or closet. Still not using it because of the rubbery smell. The material and thickness is fine.
