After bone and tendon surgery to my hand, my physical therapist was having me use bands at their facility. I ordered these to use at home, and the quality is even better than the bands there. I am still going to PT and using these bands at home. I even took them to show the ladies at PT and they were impressed as well. Highly recommend!!

Great love them. too bad it doesn't include a few ways to use them differently with them. they are really nice. im a beginner so a few pointers on different exercises included would be nice

I ordered these after my Physical Therapist recommended them. They have made a Hugh difference in strengthening my legs.

Package contains six pans, neatly folded into a packet. I use them every day for my Pilates stretching they are strong and flexible

These are great. The old band snapped so I bought these as a replacement. Very sturdy, they should last a long while.

They have great resistance. The lowest resistance has more resistance than I expected, which is good.i expected very little from it.

The delivery was a fail. Driver left it a the bottom of my neighbors driveway. I will not be riding from Walmart again

These are not as wide as the picture. They are the thinner bands. They work but not as wide kind of disappointing.

JUNK!!! Flimsy, cheap, not useable, almost no resistance, cannot put them on as demonstrated in the picture, they are worthless.
